Miss leading

So our lovely governor makes it to where we need a covid test to go to any events look is thence look into it to see we need a rapid covid test ride aid shows online you can schedule an appointment get results back in 2 to 3 days. Schedule an appointment go into Friday's for appointment to find out they don't do rapid testing at the facility. What is the point of rite aids showing they do rapid testing online it's in online if they are not gonna follow through with the testing to just miss leave the customer and leave them stranded? Will never walk into another rite aids again. Thank you Walgreens for understanding are situation and squeezing us in for an appointment!

Worst site
January 11, 2016

I spent hours one night trying to hook up and get a PIN number for my Plentiful card-complete waste of time, never worked. Then when I thought it was working I saw some Buy one get one sales, it was a Sat night so I wanted to order asap before sale ended. TWO HRS I spent trying to make the purchases ur literally would not let me put them in cart. Finally it did but then it wouldn't let me check out! Never again

Rude Pharmacist

Bought a box of Claritin D and when I expressed surprise that the price increased $5 in 3 weeks, the pharmacist's reply was "Well you don't have to buy it."
Obviously I do have to buy it but I guarantee it won't be from Rite Aid. Why would I do business with a company that tells customers "we don't care about you" right to their face?

Surgeon called in prescription for pain meds before I left hospital. Hour drive from hospital to Rite Aid. When we arrived, Pharmacist didn't have ready and wouldn't give it to us. Said we had to come back tomorrow. Why couldn't they have contacted me or dr office if product wasn't available? We need pain meds most after surgery. Will NEVER use Rite Aid again.

The staff at Rite Aide at 1331 Wilshire are always friendly and helpful even when I am not picking up a prescription. However, when I do the pharmacist Pouya Fakheri, is very helpful and makes sure that I understand the prescription I am about to receive. In addition he has a phenomenal memory at recalling what prescriptions I have received and allergies I had to insure there is no adverse reactions. He has reminded me on occasion that a doctor has prescribed a prescription that may interfere with other medications. I am grateful for his thoroughness. Irate him and Pharmacy Staff

Been coming to the store at 811 Fisher Boulevard in Toms River, NJ for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, store is clean and well stocked and the pharmacy & pharmacy staff have been excellent. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Good Morning
April 7, 2022

The 7th April 22 I went into Rite Aide pharmacy at 231st White Plains Rd. I went over to the cashier and said "excuse me, do you have a flash drive?' she said "good morning," I looked at her and she repeated the "good morning." I still did not answer. Then she asked me, "what did you say?" I asked, do you have a flash drive?" Her answer was, "yes we have flash drives, they are in that case over there but it cannot open, the key is lost." To my surprise even when I walked away I could still hear this woman argueing and saying she don't know why people can't say "good morning." Rite Aide, Is it apart of the store policy that customers must say good morning before they can service there?

Inconmpetent/frighting
September 19, 2017

I have been having my prescriptions filled in the Rite-Aid in Jersey City, NJ for at least 15 years. However, when I tried to have a prescription filled I was told that the medication was on BACK ORDER. This is the first time that I have ever heard this. I immediately emailed Customer Service and got a call later that day saying that they could give me 10 pills until the back order came in. When I asked what if the back order doesn't come in, I was told that they would contact my specialist and have him prescribe something else. I have been taking the same 3 medications for at least 5 or 6 years and the combination of the three control my disease perfectly missing even one dosage of any of them could result in a trip to the hospital. I would assure anyone that my doctor would not prescribe another medication without an office visit, a thorough examination and bloodwork first before changing my medications.

Wrong meds
July 1, 2023

I went to Rite Aid to pick up my husband's medicine. I went through the drive-through and my medicine wasn't ready. They asked me to wait in the parking lot and they will text me when it was ready. I never got a text. I went back up to the window And the guy feel the prescription and gave me the wrong prescription. When I went back to the window to get the right one, I was told that I had to either come in or come back tomorrow after 12. The drive-through is always closed they claim because of short staff. I am disabled and used to drive through specifically because it is much more convenient than hauling out my chair or Rollator. This Rite Aid is at ******* Chester Ave. In Cleveland Ohio.

I went to Rite Aide Pharmacy on 12 Mile I could not believe how friendly the staff was at my previous pharmacy the people were not only rude but racist. I am so happy my insurance company thought that they would be a good fit. The Pharmacy Manager Nameer Sarsam was extremely helpful in guiding though what I needed to get for a up coming procedure. Not only did Nameer and Mariah help in getting the things needed they were professional and extremely nice. They were so nice in fact I asked why where they're being so nice. They explained they were just being them. I explained at the other store I was going to they were never nice to me. I must say this is refreshing being treated like special person. Thank you guy for being so nice to me. Also on my way out the lady at the front said have a nice day. Wow keep up the good work!

I'm eighty years old and magic. It seems the older I get the more invisible I become. This is not so at the Rite Aid on Cherry in Long Beach. I was in considerable pain and walked to Rite Aid for an arm sling and pain medication. It was early in the morning yet still a line. At the counter, Ed, rang up my order. He asked how else he could help me as my pain was obvious. He asked me to step to the side and the next thing I know there was Maly to put on and adjust the sling. I live alone. The customers were taken care of speedily and were smiling when they left. Kudos to whomever hired Ed and Maly. Both were professional, fast, polite and CARING. Invisibilty gone.

Seamless, unexpected
December 12, 2020

My online purchases shipped fast. This is the first time in 6 months my Clorox Disinfecting Wipes weren't canceled after I placed the order. No mistakes were made. I wasn't bugged afterwards by Riteaid.com asking how they did or to rate products.

You can call 3 days before you run out of a med and it still won't be ready. My doctor called an acute med in on a friday and it wasn't filled until sunday. Unacceptable. They tried to charge me twice for my blood pressure medicine. This is neglegent patient care. I've worked in the medical field 28 years and never seen anything like it. I had to wait 3 1/2 days for my Cymbalta which made me very sick, I gave 2 days notice on my refill. The staff hate their jobs and the parents. Needless to saytoday I switched pharmacies. This pharmacy is going to kill someone

Prescriptions I always call my prescripyions in I called one in on the recorded device early in the morning asked me what time do I want to pick it up I sai 11am. Went ther was not ready went back at 2pmwas not ready they getting really bad with this I have been going there for years the service is declining thinking abou transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy

They opened at o00 and 6 people are waiting in line. Had to call manager 3 times to deliver the told so the clerk could operate the cash register and wait on clients. Manager knows what time they open so Why did they have to call 3x for the money? Bend, Oregon. Clerk was apologetic but manager slow and lazy. Walgreen next time-!
