I've used the service twice now. It's a fraction of the cost for many more tests than what my insurance was charging me for just one.
It's quick: you buy the tests and you immediately receive the lab order. I always make the appointment with my lab before buying the tests, since it's difficult to get an appointment in my area and wait times can be long.
Lab results are also quick: both times I had the results in less than two days.
