My father has been using them for years. Now he is elderly and moved out of the area. It is up to me to get his scripts as he has moved to another area. I only have so much time in my day as i work, to see if his scripts are ready. Rite aid pharmacy in newburgh ny is horrible. They never answer the phone and if you go there not knowing if the scripts are ready you stand in line for eternity and get told come back tomorrow and maybe they will be ready
