I bought items at Rihoas, then returned items and waited for the money back, the amount was $53.55. So far, I have been waiting for the money for more than a month and still no refund, when I emailed them, I received a very superficial and roundabout reply, all they gave me was just a screen shot saying something was wrong there with the refunding. I am really upset with the way they work, have been waiting patiently but still not getting the desired result.

It took one month to complete this order. Because I am not familiar with the United States, the package was sent to the wrong place due to the wrong address. The customer service team was very patient to help me solve the problem. They often tell me not to worry. Finally, I found the package. I'm very grateful.

I bought a sweater in Rihoas, the new clothing site that claims to be better that shein. It arrived with loose parts and with a missing button and another button that fell off when I tried it on. I contacted the company in the email they wrote for returns and no answer, tried again and nothing. Bad quelity material. Not recommended. I wrote a review on the site that was never published. Don't waste your time and anger and just don't shop there

I think this is the first time I have ever written a review. But my experience shopping at Rihoas and the assistance provided by their customer service, especially Yuki, in my case, was so outstanding pleasant that I have to tell the world.
Yuki has gone above and beyond assisting me with getting the size and color of the item I wanted and appeared to be sold out online. Today the item arrived. It is perfect and it makes my day. Thank you Rihoas and thank you Yuki for the excellent customer service.

Never ordered from Rihoas before but saw some amazingly cute clothes on a channel I watch. I saw many cute dresses browsing the site and couldn't believe it was even on sale! So much better than I hoped for taking a chance on a final sale. I chose two of them. Fits just perfect! I will be a returning customer!

The post office failed to deliver my parcel at the begining because of my incomplete address. Then, their customer service emailed us to ask for an complete address. They comforted me and conduct second delivery for my parcel. I have received my parcel now and i love all items i bought! Many thanks!

I bought a dress from Rihoas. The dress and all its details are stunning. My only issue was with sizing. I am typically a M so I ordered the M but when it came, it was a little small. The Rihoas team helped get me the correct size quickly and were super helpful. I would recommend this dress and this company to anyone.

Ordered for the first time a few weeks ago, ordered a dress and a blouse. Came really fast and great quality, unfortunately the size was the wrong one.

I emailed RIHOAS and within a few hours Yuki responded and more than fixed the whole issue for me!

I was refered to your site to first purchased plus size knit top and have since explored so many other things that are offered. I purchased much of dresses. Love your prompt service and your prices are fair. I order almost monthly!

After seeing some bad reviews about the After Sale at Rihoas I was a bit concerned, but my experience was brilliant. People tend to review when the experience was bad, but very few do when it's good, meaning that the bad reviews are not always representative. For my experience, very fast delivery and great service!

I tried to return the item. First they ask you to email them to get their "authorization". Then they ask for a tracking number to be emailed (you pay for the parcel), and they provide you with undeliverable address. Then they ask that you to email them to confirm the item was delivered, which they know already it won't happen. The item is sitting at the post office ready to be picked up, and they keep saying it was not delivered. So they know all this already. SCAM. DO NOT USE.

Amazing clothes at amazing prices. I was recommended RIHOAS by my friend who always looks fabulous. I complimented her outfit and she got it from RIHOAS. I've been buying all my clothes from them for about a year now, and I've had so many compliments on my outfits. The sizing is perfect as they give the measurements in cm and inches as well as UK and European sizes. Brilliant, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I wanted to like the items of my RIHOAS order but the sizes were too small. I'm a xs/s in US size, but their xs is more like an xxs/xxxs. Maybe I gained a little weight, but that's besides the point. Yuki assisted with the refund request and was great. Others responded to my emails as well, but Yuki was the quickest and most pleasant to deal with. You do need to pay for return shipping, email the tracking # once available, then email once it's been delivered which is simple enough. I had to send follow up because I didn't receive refund confirmation within the timeline another representative provided. Yuki responded again and immediately sent a confirmation for my full refund. Customer service is what counts for me, so I would order from RIHOAS again.

RIHOAS is absolutely the worst experience I had with a company when expecting my refund for some clothes I returned more than a month ago. I asked them more than once for my refund and they told me TWICE that they processed it but I still have no money in my account. Also, I had the job to tell them about the shipping of my returns: when I went to the postal office, when the shipping reached their adress so they "can process the refund". It is a complete joke. They are replying every time but it is like I am talking to a robot. I bet they have premade texts for this issue and they don't bother typing the actual email because I see the same problem at the other one star reviews. So yea, be prepared for this nerve wracking experience if you think of returning some clothes.

I first saw a RIHOAS swimsuit on Instagram and loved it so I decided to give it a try. It covered my problem area which is my belly but at the same time it still looked good on. Surprisingly, this suit fits me well…the sizing is the same as I have purchased previously.

The item is pretty decent, especially for its price. Looks better than the much more expensive cotton button down shirts that I own. I'm looking forward to styling many outfits with it!

I ordered three items from here, two dresses and one knit tops, all of which looks so great that I do not want to change size even though they are all a little small for me.

These are so comfortable and no t see through. I wear them every way I want and they blend beautifully for work, out to dinner or just lounging around with a sweat shirt!

Looks very classy. Soft and extremely flattering. I bought the skirts for holidays. They are stretchy enough to breath and move. I would definitely purchase more.

I was surprised by the good quality. The shirts are beautifully cut. Very flattering. They look great tucked in or left out of pants. Great with suit or jeans.
