Brilliant service. Probably slightly pricier than phoning a standard plumber, but you're paying for speed and convenience. I had a problem with my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Phoned Rightio at 9, plumber was here just after 11 and both problems fixed within an hour.

Combined two plumbing jobs to warrant the call out, providing all the detail requested. The plumber turned up eventually having overrun a previous job, tightened a nut to stop a very minor drip and totally ignored the main job saying it was too difficult and he didn't have time. He then marked the job as complete and charged over £140 for the privilege. My husband complained straight away and we are still waiting for anyone in the customers service team to contact us back... almost 2 months ago. Avoid at all costs.

Quick call out response, and friendly plumber who cleaned up after himself and seems to have done a good job.The only possible negative aspect is the labour charge which seems a lot to me, but admittedly, I don't know general cost that other companies charge. Glad to have got the job done anyway. Thank you.

Quality of work from the two tradesmen was satisfactory. Job completed in 23 minutes. However, i was not provided with a total cost nor was I sent an email invoice. Instead I found out how much the job cost by reviewing my bank statement. This was not the arrangement i agreed to. Eventually spoke to someone in Birmingham who provided a verbal breakdown and promised for an email invoice to be sent. Call out charge including VAT is £142.00.

Thank you - extremely happy with my new toy (an outdoor garden tap) after 8 years of hand watering on ever expanding garden area. Got recommended from our local painter and decorator - and I will also be recommending Rightio Plumbing also :): )

I am a fussy customer and he paid attention to every detail, no complaints, just professional; if only all services everywhere else were carried out to the same standard. Exemplary. Next time I need an electrician I will definitely ask to book this engineer.

This company are the worst rip off merchants ever. They take ages to answer the phone. Charge £160 for half an hour's work.Go away and order parts which they then take a week to come back with. Charge 3 times normal price.Eg boiler circuit board costs £140 they charge £300. Can never give you info about your order saying they have to phone the engineer. You would think computers did not exist. Their adverts are a blatant lie. Tell you they will ring back and never do. Give them your credit card details and it's like putting the money on a roulette wheel. You can get a new boiler for the price of three hours work from them. These cowboys should be shut down.

Replaced a control knob that had snapped on gas fire- 12 minutes work- charged £147! This job was booked by my 80 year old mother with early dementia. When I phoned to query the bill and explain about her condition I was told that she had been told over phone that it cost £109 call out for less than hours work although this was not documented on job sheet; and that if I wanted to listen to a recording of this call as evidence it would cost me £10! And that they are only there to provide a service! On the take all the way! Sleep well in your beds tonight RIGHTIO

This firm has the most arrogant and unhelpful customer service department I've ever encountered. Made a complaint about the whole disaster, and months later they still haven't bothered to reply. Total disgrace, I am just glad I found out before using them for the other 9 buy to lets I have.

Avoid this company at all costs! We were charged £184 for an engineer who arrived and obviously had no clue what he was doing, he advised the cast iron pipe had been repaired, charged us £184 and left our house. A day later the leak started again, numerous calls to Rightio and two further engineers were sent out before I was told they do not have anyone qualified enough to repair the leak and that I would receive a refund. This was at the beginning of December and I am still waiting for my £184 refund having chased them up numerous times.

Please avoid this company i have been over-charged £410 for a guy to come out for under an hour and a half. He didn't clean up properly and took far longer than required to fix a simple leak. Really unprofessional, overpriced, and dishonest company. I was told the engineer would be at my flat by 12, he turned up gone 4 without an apology. Job ref: *******

Precise plumber who fixed the problem quickly and well. Within the hour so no extended time needed only downside would have liked to have been kept better updated with the estimated time of arrival when the previous job overran.
However this has no way put me off using you again it was easy to contact you with good customer service and pre visit timings sent via my preferred method of using text service as previously said it was the final timings /updates that could have been better.
In conclusion a good outcome for both my tenants as a leak could be a worry to us both.

I pay for this service, but it s truly terrible and they have one more chance before i find somebody else. Twice they have cancelled on me on short notice, even after i ad to chase them for a boiler service. They also challenged my need for a radiator service which i expressly went through with them and paid extra for. Today i booked the afternoon off work to sit here and wait... and as if by magic just got a call to say they can't make it and were very rude on the cal as if it was my fault... do not sign up with this company unless you want grief!

There was the usual efficient, polite service from your call centre (Sabrina on this occasion) when I first contacted you and also a later phone call to offer me an earlier appointment than originally arranged if I wanted (yes please!). When the plumber (Robert Thorn) arrived he was extremely polite and efficient completing the job quickly with no fuss leaving everything neat, tidy and clean-a credit to your company!

Booked to re-pressure my boiler, it took less than a minute, but the plumber deliberately pulled out a pipe and created more work to take him into the 2nd hour if charge. I refused to let him go into his second hour, he condemned my boiler because of the damage he had caused and turned everything off. To top it off, he didn't even clean up after him, leaving me without a boiler, damaged paintwork and a pile of mess, with £153 in his pocket. You have been warned, do not use this company, they will rip you off.
