There was the usual efficient, polite service from your call centre (Sabrina on this occasion) when I first contacted you and also a later phone call to offer me an earlier appointment than originally arranged if I wanted (yes please!). When the plumber (Robert Thorn) arrived he was extremely polite and efficient completing the job quickly with no fuss leaving everything neat, tidy and clean-a credit to your company!

Booked to re-pressure my boiler, it took less than a minute, but the plumber deliberately pulled out a pipe and created more work to take him into the 2nd hour if charge. I refused to let him go into his second hour, he condemned my boiler because of the damage he had caused and turned everything off. To top it off, he didn't even clean up after him, leaving me without a boiler, damaged paintwork and a pile of mess, with £153 in his pocket. You have been warned, do not use this company, they will rip you off.

Rightio charged £1639. 80 to fix a boiler, including time not working although they had said that time collecting spares would not be charged (this happened 4 times at £149 an hour); and not providing an invoice for spares when asked in email complaining when they debited their invoice. They didn't reply to the complaint.

I was charged £178.80 for a call out charge as our central heating had broken down. The engineer told me that everything needed to be replaced which would cost me in excess of £4,000. As my central heating had been installed only 8 years ago I wasnt satisfied so a friend put me on to a local heating engineer who is a one man band. Much to my amazement he fixed my heating in 20 minutes and charged me £50. Apparently something minor had gone wrong and now my home is warm again. Rightio Plumbing should be shut down.

We were absolutely satisfied with the service you provided, especially since we had been let down badly twice by another company.

I was quoted £119 plus VAT unblocking a toilet the job should take half an your the engineer spent less than half hour to do the job but I was charged £294! I've tried complaining but there is only a customer service email and no phone line! I had to pay the bill when the plumber left! I've been scammed I will never use this company again please don't use them they are scammers!

Had an electrician to check why my washing machine was tripping our circuit breaker. He was around for no longer than 15 minutes only to tell me that the washing machine was broken and tripping the breakers and we would need a new washing machine. Usually qualified engineers/electricians charge a £90 call-out fee or £45 if the job is half an hour. As it was merely a fleeting visit only to tell me what I already knew I thought he may understandably only charge half of a call-out fee, instead he charged me £142.80! More than an hour should ever be for doing what I could have done. I literally paid £142.80 for absolutely nothing. STAY WELL AWAY - rogue traders!

Phoned what I thought was oral plumber but somehow these scammers came. When I phoned I asked for washer connector under sink simple job, these scammers came without the part and without tools said they would have to come back and it will take two hours
He was told too leave.phoned another Local plumber took 20 mins and charged £70 gave him extra for coming within a hour
I suppose I am one of theucky ones as didn't get hands on my bank details

Bit now these conmen are sending debt collection letters for £117 and saying it was for diagnostics how stupid
Want my day in court they threatened me with as I have all your reviews printed out to back me up
I have also reported to trading standers and watch dog

Even though it turned out to be a long call out he spent every minute working hard to rectify the problem which he did! Excellent service and I will recommend to anyone with plumbing or boiler problems.

booked plumber to fix 2 leaking kitchen tapes for my dad.lady taking booking took my debit card details and told me when the job was finished.the invoice would be e-mailed to me and my debit card would be charged.plumber arrived and only fixed ONE tap,took £130 CASH off of my dad.the biggest rip off is,the so-called plumber pointed out to my dad the other tap needed fixing and he would fix it on the quiet and gave him his personal mobile number.
