Ordered an expensive helmet, did all the research on sizing/ fit. Didn't have to worry about it not fitting exactly like it should due to return/exchange policies. Wore the helmet often on for about 4 days before I decided it's a keeper. You always worry in the back of your mind about having to return a hight dollar item. I am not to happy with the sale tax I was charged for my order. In my state sales tax is 6% and for this order, it should have been $47. I was charged $63.20 in sales tax. So my $22 in revzilla cash was nulled by this over charge of sales tax. I am not very happy with this.
I ordered my windshield and headset for my bike on a Saturday and they had it shipped out first thing Monday and I got it on Wednesday extremely fast shipping and worth paying for there premium membership

RevZilla website states the Puig Naked New Generation Windscreen (Item *******) is an "Exact Fit" on a Honda CB500F 2016-2025. In 2024 Honda updated the CB500F, including a new larger instrument panel. The Puig windscreen does NOT fit a 2024-25 Honda CB500F.
Upon return, RevZilla did promptly refund my purchase price. However, I had to pay $22 to return ship it.
I'm happy to say that my order from this company was fast and informative. No delays or any issues.
