My part was exactly as expected. Communications were great! I knew exactly where in the process my order was. The time from order to fulfillment was longer than expected. It was 3-4 days until it shipped and then a week from FL to CA.

Could not see any reviews on desktop. Tried toggling adblocker, but they never loaded.

I eventually discovered that I was able to view them on mobile after I had already purchased two items. Had I been able, I wouldn't have needed to return anything and been able to do more research on what I was trying to buy.

Recently ordered Roland Sands Cayucas jacket and Axial Block pants - both arrived fast and fit generally as expected (*the reviews from other customers helped moderate sizing expectations as much as the retailers description). Also recently purchased a K&N air filter, which arrived promptly and fit as described. However, not a knock on RevZilla in any way, but the K&N filter I received had some fraying of the woven threading material throughout the intake side of the filter, not a catastrophic amount but almost as if the manufacturer became distracted while finishing the stitch job - I was able to snip away some of the loose threading with scissors. I installed it and it functions just fine. I guess I just expected a little better craftsmanship out of K&N's ~$75 filter. Ultimately not a biggie though. The RevZilla shopping experience overall has been fantastic.

Ordered a face shield for an LS2 helmet. It arrived well-packaged and protected. Item is exactly as advertised and shipping time was reasonable.

I have placed three order, one still in transit, and all three are wrong. The first is a set of gloves, the outside bag had the correct product information the actual product was completely different. The next two were brake pads listed on your website for my bike but most definitely do not fit. Several emails later and still no return authorization, BRING BACK THE OLD REVZILLA!

Daniel J in sales/customer service is the man! His level of support, going above and beyond, communicating at a high level, his follow up, and knowledge of product, is a breath of fresh air, in this day and age. Everybody has product. Daniel J is the sole reason Revzilla is always my first, second and third choice. He's a Pro, and takes pride in doing his role exceptionally well. We have more biz ahead.

I was a little worried about the size of the Icon boots because I wear a 9 in some shoe and boot brands but I have shoes up to 10 and maybe 10.5, went with a 9.5 and was pleased with it. They are stiff to begin with but I feel the more I wear them the better they will be. Only worn a handful of times so far. Good boot that covers the ankle, good protection and good price.

Needed new tires ASAP and while an expedited shipping option wasn't available, standard shipping got me back on the road in less then a week. Revzilla beat my local shops selection hands down.

The jacket i ordered was under leather jackets, not really being able to tell by the pictures I ordered it only to find out when it arrived it was textile. Not a huge deal, but should probably be fixed. On another note, you guys are awsome as always!

I ordered a tire for my 300cc thinking that it would arrive as soon as the rainy season ended, but it arrived BEFORE the rainy season ended, so I was able to start putting it on a week before the weather got better. Awesome.~
