Bought a tire for my bike, like it so far. However, customer service was pretty bad. First, I inquired via chat about the cheaper tire mounting/balance they offer through CycleGear. The CS rep was really rude about it. Told me to just read the instructions on the promo page - there were no real instructions. I'll admit that for the most part its intuitive, but I just wanted clarification and the rep was just plain rude about it. Then, I made an error with a single number on my shipping address. The address I entered doesn't even exist. I tried getting it fixed less than 2 hours after placing the order via chat. Again, a rude CS rep. While I understand RevZilla has certain policies, there is no need for the representatives to be rude about it. I tried emailing customer support after, and while they still couldn't fix the issue, at least that person was more polite - and included a free return label. Fortunately, FedEx just simply corrected the address.
I really don't understand how company can knowingly ship an item to the wrong address. It cannot be that difficult to have an address fixed - the policy is simply dumb as hell.
In the future, I'll avoid this company at all costs.
With a large selection and availability with great prices this has become my go to spot for my cycle needs.

Product ordered and paid for shipping small items rubber seals could fit in a first class envelope delivery date given was about four days later by 9 pm at 8:15 pm delayed then a day later delivery should be Monday. Just to long to wait for delivery I should have gone to the Harley dealer and bought item. Customer service couldn't even find order even though says order number optional. I still have a Bluetooth helmet that doesn't work from Revzilla that the CS agent put so many demands on me like sending videos of a switch I pressed it wasn't worth returning. I should learn to stop ordering from Revzilla delays and nothing but hassle to try and return items.

My son is very happy with his order, good products and easy install.
I ordered 2 tires and 2 tubes. The tires came in fairly quickly. But the tubes took 10 days to receive. If I had known that up front I would not have ordered. I couldn't wait that long, so I purchased tubes somewhere else and returned them to Revzilla. I'm not happy that it cost me $10 shipping to return.

The Rizoma bar end mirror mounts worked perfectly and are of high quality. Deducted 1 star because the bolts should have been black. Why produce high quality accessories in a black finish then supply silver mounting hardware?
