The bait and switch is pretty bull$#*!. This was reviewed favorably as a free service with paid perks, but you seem to have changed that. I took the trouble to type in the carp (which is after your crappy parser mangled my resume) So I'm paying to get a document out, but you can be assured I'll be asking for a cancelation right after.

Tbh I wish it said how expensive this would be earlier on. $25 is a lot of money for one month, 3x what a lot of other sites charge.
I bit the bullet just because I've already been working for like an hour. I feel like it was purposeful, that it didn't say it was $25 a month until my resume was already done and I was ready to download. Kind of like y'all are hoping people do what I did and say "screw it, I've already been doing this for an hour". Resume looks nice though
