It literally took 20 minutes to complete and update my resume.
If i could give any advice, I would say be sure to have update specifications or notes you want to personally include that is not AI generated.

Other than that i like your clean and friendly design. There's no unnecessary fluff anywhere and just what i need to see. That's nice.

It was free until I went to down load, You should just tell people up front this is 3 bucks, you would increase your client amount significantly. There will still be people who don't read thoroughly and get charged continuously. I say this with respect.

The menus and drop down boxes were easy to use. There was a great range of options. However, I found that when I needed to go back to edit the second last page to add more details such as volunteer work etc it would not allow me to.

Its all well and good until you get the job right? I can't say for certain until I see myself getting some calls but from a technical standpoint, I am impressed. This is why I decided to buy and rate 4 stars. Thanks.

Awesome... Love It! I was trying to just look at what's available fir jobs according to my skill set while simultaneously writing my resume or din the to of my head and then this popped up! I was shocked and am so happy. This sir made a somewhat frustrating task go quick and smoothly. Thank you!

Awesome system, easy steps to follow, very straight forward questions and the AI feature is very very helpful for people who struggle with putting their thoughts and ideas into words and choosing layouts. Loved this experience

I've used Resume builder on three different occasions; every time I got a job. I'm back again, and encouraged to know that this website makes building a resume easy and results in an effective and professional document that represents me and my qualifications.

That I had to pay for my "free" resume. It's called negative marketing or "false free" marketing. It's not a truthful business practice and I won't be giving you positive feedback for it. I am disgusted by businesses who do things like this to people who are just trying to improve their lives. They may not even have the money to pay for this service. You're business is a predator and I have no choice but to pay the price. That's not something I'll be proud to endorse.

My resume needed a remodel or better structure. It was easy to take the information from my previous resume and make updates where needed, Sometimes we put a resume out there not giving ourselves enough credit or possibly including too much. This was very helpful. I would use it again, but hopefully I don't have to.

Very easy to use and looks incredibly professional! I have never needed a resume before and now that I do, ResumeGenius has helped me in the best way. It is incredibly user-friendly and the suggested summaries are outstanding.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience on this platform. Nowhere during the initial stages of the resume builder was it mentioned that downloading the final resume would require a paid subscription. I spent a significant amount of time carefully entering my details, expecting a free or at least transparently priced service. It was only at the final step—when I tried to download my resume—that I was suddenly prompted to pay.

This lack of upfront transparency feels misleading and a waste of my time. Users deserve to know before they begin whether the service is free or paid. If payment is required, it should be clearly stated at the very beginning of the process so we can make an informed decision.

I am leaving a 1-star rating purely because of this poor user experience and the absence of clear, honest communication. I urge the team to make their pricing and download policies more transparent to avoid disappointing more users in the future.

Straightforward and easy to use. It was advertised as a free download, but printing or downloading required a $2.95 payment. That cost wasn't unreasonable, so I went ahead and paid. I haven't downloaded it yet to see the final result, as the review prompt came first— I wanted to leave positive feedback on the process so far.

I also appreciated that they ask if you'd like a follow-up to ensure satisfaction. I think that's a great idea for customer support!
