I do not want a full subscription, and all I wanted was ONE resume, so I canceled my subscription, and instead of giving me the full 14 days of access so I could edit an arrangement mistake. So I now have to pay all over again, just to download one stupid edit. Thanks a lot

I paid one time resume but they saved my bank info and they are charging me every month, although I have canceled the membership which I didn't sign up for at the first place but they charged me this month as well! The worst experience ever!
