I signed up with your website to get hepl with my CV and I did find it very helpful. However, next month I was surprised to find out that I had a subscription with a monthly fee of 30 euros. I am pretty sure that it was not made clear to me that I signed up for a monthly subscription.

Took less than half an hour to create a very respectable CV. Would have loved to have an option to change the relative sizes of the test boxes. The way it is - in many of the templates the page is half empty.

It was wonderful to be able to see so many layouts and options for my resume build and made it even harder to choose any one. But I had to settle for one in the end. Misleading advertising reflects that the resume is free, but after completion you have to pay via credit card. Even if the fee is low, it's not fair practice. I was disappointed to see that and am fairly skeptical that my data will be safe and not used for other purposes, including relentless advertising.

Great template. Easy to use. It would great if there were templates more suitable for students. It would also be great if the resume can be dowloaded in an editable format like Microsoft Word as well as a PDF so changes can be made later if necessary.
