I uploaded an old CV, selected a template to use, and paid the small fee for this service for a 2-week period. It created a new pdf file but put all the content on a single page so it came out to 19" long, which won't format or print correctly. I also clicked on the feature to have my resume reviewed within 48 hours. This was back on March 5th and I have not yet gotten any response. When I logged in to check on this, the system did not seem to have a record of this and instead asked me again the title of my desired role and then restarted a 48 hour clock. Darn. This seemed like it had promise but I've just wasted time and gotten no value.

Put my resume into a template in an easier manner. As long as it is viewed digitally as a PDF it looks great. Printing it "fits to size" of standard paper and it hard to read. Not good for printing physical copies

Easy to use. The selection of Templates was ok. I liked the ability to use AI assistance, although I chose not to. I would have liked the ability to move some of the boxes a little to optimize the space usage. Once it was filled and I tried to print it, Troubles began.
It gave an option to select Print to PDF. I guess I needed to tell it to do multiple pages. I must have missed that because I could not get it to move what should be 3 pages onto 3 pages. Instead it kept shrinking the text to put on on one page. Also, I thought I was on a free site so I was a bit disappointed when the payment screen came up. The templates were all good and again, very easy to use but tough to print or make changes. Ended up going back to PowerPoint and liked my results.

Great program, easy to use. I thought I was on a free site so I was a bit disappointed when the payment screen came up. The templates were all good and again, very easy to use.
Everything good so far. Appreciate the A.I. Help.
Two things I had slight issues with:
1) After adding everything I wanted to my resume, all but one of the templates elongated it to fill larger than a normal 8.5x11 piece of paper, but didn't necessarily say that and I didn't see an option to make it double-sided. I worry that if I were to send an elongated resume to a hiring manager, if they tried to print it out, it would come out weird, and that would affect their judgment of me. So, in this case, I am going with the one template that kept it normal size, rather than removing some of my info.
2) In the cover letter, under my address, it could not fit the whole thing on one line so after putting the street address and the city on the top, it moved the state and the zip code to the bottom. I think it should do the normal thing and move the city down to the bottom line (which it automatically does on the hiring-manager-address on that same cover letter)

The writing assistance and templates are great. I would like the option to change/modify subcategory sections within the overall selected template. I found some of the spacing was off in the templates making the words hard to align and decreasing overall clarity. Overall, very satisfied with my experience :)

The result was useful, particularly for formatting but because there were errors in the content I still needed to edit but I only had the option for PDF. I tried to convert to Word but lost the formatting. I had to recreate the PDF in word manually. It was better than having to recreate from scratch but not a streamline as I was hoping for.

I was helping my mother with her resume, which she hadn't updated in almost ten years. Using the AI features and templates was a great way to speed up the process and make her resume stand out. I ended up creating one for myself as well. After I finished, I decided to cancel my subscription. However, I was surprised to find that after paying around $2.50, I lost access to the site's features immediately upon cancellation. I wasn't expecting that, especially since the subscription was supposed to last longer if I didn't cancel. Despite that, it's a convenient site for quickly improving a resume or getting help with formatting.
