Love the templates. It's very easy to input information, and the final product looks stunning. However, I used ResumeCoach because I saw an ad promising a free resume, but it wasn't really free. It forced me to pay at the end. I give ResumeCoach a one-star rating for its deceptive marketing strategy. Transparency builds trust. I do not think I will use ResumeCoach again in the future.

Resume not provided in regular A4 format and spacing / paragraphing has no consistency between different stages of resume generation process (PDF preview different than PDF). On top of that your service by no means justifies the incredibly high bi-weekly payment scheme, which isn't defined anywhere beforehand

I found the site through an Internet search. It said "FREE". I created my resume and decided to save it. Oh, you want to save it? Well, that will be this much money for 14 days, then so much per month, unless you cancel. It was a nice resume, so I took the two week deal. I didn't have much of a choice at that time. Overall the experience was ok. I love your templates and the tool is very user friendly, however when I did a search to find templates for the Resume, I searched for free templates and nothing in your intro says that for creating it we need to pay. Found it a little bit misleading and disappointing. Houwever the (paid) trial has a reduce cost which is ok.

Overall, I was happy to buy a built resume for $2.50! I was not happy to find out 3 months later that it automatically signed me up for a subscription plan for $29.95 a month. First off, $29.95 a month for a RESUME builder is absolutely ridiculous. Second, they are terrible at informing you that you are being signed up for a subscription plan making my $2.50 resume cost over $90, basically a legal scam in my opinion
