My machine was running slow, so I searched for a utility to speed it up. Restoro seemed to be an affordable choice and I purchased the single use option. It took 2 hours and 35 minutes to install and run. After restarting my computer, the speed was slower than when I started, so I uninstalled it. My computer would not reboot. It took me another 4 hours to get my computer back to the condition it started from. I do NOT recommend this product!

I signed up for this for $58.95 and was told that a technician would have to fix my problem and that would cost $149.00 I told the person no way forget about it and refund my $58.95 she said she would send me an email confirming my refund, never received the email, I disputed the amount with my Credit Card Co.
The only problem I had was my Printer is on pause and I cannot print anything and that was the only fix that I wanted.

Restoro was asked for help with my curser problems which cost over $27 to get started, she scanned and said I needed a technician which would cost more as I has suspected viruses. I refused to pay more and luckily they reimbursed me immediately. I took my computer to a tech in town and the only problem was I needed a new mouse, I had not viruses, he checked it out. Very disappointed in their service as it cost me only $20.00 here.

I scan 3 different times and each time my computer got slower computer got slower and every time it brought up the same files and never got rid of them never fixed them and didn't do anything but slow down the computer. If you do use this program make sure you do a restore point. You can't even leave a review on their site because all the reviews are fraudulent. All of their clickable links are dead. Customer support is nobody.

My system had been really messed up by a bad actor or two. I had visited some dubious/sketchy sites and acquired a number of malicious bugs. I am aware of some of them,
But not nearly to the extent that Restoro does.
Long story short, they cleaned my system up and quickly. The only thing I have a problem with is my Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The icon is on the screen, but nothing happens when it is clicked. I don't know if this problem was not fixed by Restoro or if I somehow messed it up after it was cleaned. It is as if the executable was missing.

Restoro does an impressive job of detailing all the wonderful analyzing they're doing while the program is "scanning." It identifies crashed programs, viruses and malware, junk files and security problems, then announces it will fix all. However, after the required reboot/restart to "finish the repair", a rescan reveals 2/3 of the junk files remain, at least half of the security threats are still there, as is the "malware" -- actually, a virus detection program on my computer. I did seven rescans and repairs, with restarts on evening, and junk files were only reduced, not gone. I can understand "cleaner" programs missing some mbs, but Restoro identifies the junk and such, just doesn't do the "clean" they promise. My search continues for a program that actually does what it promises!

Been with restoro a few yr.s now and they have never let me down yet. Several times I went to bad sites I knew was dangerous (porn) and picked up a trojan virus that locked/control of my computer (windows 11 dest top) and called restoro. There is a phone number you call from their website, and they will/do call you back immediately. They took control of my computer and did what they did with me riding along and fixed my problem. I have had every virus security, you name it, and could almost never get them on the phone and they would never call me back...restoro always took care of me. A bit expensive but worth it to me cause I live a bit dangerously.

I bought a basic restoro plan because my pc was having issues and I needed a fix immediately. It's been 12 hours since I purchased it, and I did not receive the license key, just the receipt.
And no, I did not use the wrong email address (it's the same address as the one that is connected to my paypal that I paid with) and nothing in my spam folder.
I ended up resetting my windows and all is good now.
They say on their site that in a few minutes you will get your license key, which wasn't true in my case (and others', from what i am reading here), and that is why I purchased it! If I knew it takes so much to receive a license key, I would've not bought it in the first place.
I want my money back.

I purchased the 27.95 plan but then I was Told I needed to buy the $300 plan to "fix" the problems I was having with my computer freezing. After dealing with their "technicians" for more than a week, they realized they counldn't fix it and so I was offered the $27.95 back plus only $200 of the $300 back. They are difficult to work with and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend them period.

I performed a Google search on the deice error I received on my PC. The Restoro add popped up claiming that all I had to do was download the software to repair it. I paid the money and ran the program scan of my computer. The software allegedly fixed all my problems but it did not. I called the 24/7 support and was surprised to hear that these scammers wanted more money ($150 more) to fix my problem. I wish I would have read the reviews b4 buying. Restoro claimed to fix my problems I currently have with my pc. I ate the bullet and bought the huge £25 fee. After Restoro was done "fixing" my PC, I noticed no difference at all. Just wasted money and time! I need a refund.
