Restoro claimed to fix my problems I currently have with my pc. I ate the bullet and bought the huge £25 fee. After Restoro was done "fixing" my PC, I noticed no difference at all. Just wasted money and time! I need a refund.
I am unable to boot Windows, even in basic Safe Mode after Restoro scanned my hard drive, found issues and then asked to reboot. Attempts to run PC Diagnostics returned a message that the process failed. Attempts to return to a prior Restore Point returned a message that the process failed. My hard drive was obviously corrupted by the Restoro software app. I would show proof of purchase. But it is on my corrupted hard drive.

This program installs malware on your computer. It does not fix any Windows 10 problems. I should have known better when my Anti-virus software picked up on this program as malware as well as the company's website. It took me over an hour to download the exe file. Then when doing the initial scan it got stuck on the stability check indefinitely. It was a royal pita to remove this program as the normal Windows uninstaller only gave me errors. I had to use Iobit's uninstaller to get rid of it. No 'helpful" software should cause hours of frustration and do nothing. Save your money. I would attached a proof of purchase but this program messed up Windows so badly no phto program can open.

Restoro damaged my Windows User Account by messing up my Windows registry.
The Undo option is unavailable unless you pay them. I was trialing the free version.
In summary, it broke my PC, then it requires payment to undo the damage.
Typical ransomware behaviour. I cannot believe they are still allowed to operate.

Everything online and then forwarded to a 'Restoro Engineer' who again was apprised of my issue. No interest in what i said but that i had been to 'porno sites, resulting in pop-ups. Again advised to the contrary none visited and not the issue. Repeatedly advised not the issue. No response from customer
Service on any refunds. Bait and Switch tactics, nothing ethical with these folks. #1 Scammers.

I did not get the results I expected with the program. My computer was soooo slow and did crazy things afterwards. I talked with someone who I had a problem understanding and insisted I wanted a refund. For some reason, my refund was only $250 after paying $500. I still do not understand why.

I installed Restoro and the download wouldn't start. After a few minutes I called the support line. I ask the person to get it going. She connected to my Laptop and ignored my requests. She started doing super detailed scans and it was one sales pitch after another. She told me my computer was in terrible shape and I needed it to be gone thru buy a licensed tech person. I ask how much and she seriously quoted me $350 to $500. I told her to get off my computer. I couldn't get her to disconnect so I deleted all Restoro software. My laptop was on the verge of crashing after they went in. I am totally convinced they went in and completely copied/cloned all my complete computer data. Took me 2 hours on the phone with HP to get it working again. I say Stay away. It was just an attempt, at the very least, to sell me more services, but also tried to steal my private information.

I called and a very nice guy tried to convince me I needed a $150 fix. All while my computer was scanning. Then, after saying no, the scan stopped. I called back and they said it couldn't and needed the $150 fix. Wasted $40!

I purchased restoro for $42. I was sent a "license key". The program didn't accept the "license key". I have, therefore, an inoperable program. The developer has chosen to hire a third party to handle problems experienced by users; the third party has not been able to come up with anything to address this problem. I have therefore, spent a chunk of money on something quite useless.

Try to get your money. Instead of you fixing pc, you pay them money. To activate, you let them mess up pc. Restoro will not let you restore pc to original software. I subscribed to Restoro after reading some positive reviews and I was asked to call an 800 number to activate the software. I had to give control of my computer to the person on the other end which made me very uncomfortable and after being connected to the site for 30 minutes the Restoro person recommended that I pay $299/month for maintenance. I told him that I did not want to pay more after I paid for the subscription and he told me that I only paid for repair to the operating system and the additional cost was to repair other problems on my computer. I disconnected my computer and do not plan to use Restoro again. Lession learned.

If they were able to "fix" the program I wouldn't have lost my computer, completely destroyed by incompetent hacks. The have earned their low, low, low rating honestly. Don't make the mistake I made. They were working on my computer and it went so late I finally went to bed. When I got up, my computer would not boot. Took it to my local repair shop and hard drive doesn't even know it's a hard drive any more. Totally destroyed along with info I only had on it. Was never able to restore it or retrieve info. They now have the gall to contact me about "renewing" their service. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH MY COMPUTER AGAIN.
This an old bait and switch program. They will take contol of your computer and show you every possible error and virus and even qote you a Best Buy option to repair you woefully inadequate computer. For only 2. - 300 dollars you can turn you Sow's ear into a new Silk Purse. This is a scam... they got 40.00 from me... but no more.

To say it did nothing to fix the issue is a understatement! Refund requested now i have to wait for 2 billing cycles aka 2 MONTHS!

My initial contact with Restoro required 4 online visits for them to cure one of my problems They created a new one by installing a MacAfee virus protection software that was SO strong I couldn't open any documents of any type from my own e-mail account. Since then, every time I want a new appointment with them, they ignore (never call) and then set up another appointment by notifying me by e-mail. After my initial disappointment with them, they were supposed to cut 60% off of my subscription price but they lied and it never happened. They never missed a step of trying to get me to buy hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of protection that they never intend to fulfill.

After I called Restoro for technical support to help me. They had me to let them remote in my PC. All they did was review my PC technical data and and showed me errors in my PC logs. Having worked IT before, I knew that all PC systems have error codes because that's the nature of computers. And all the technician kept trying to do was to get me to do was to make another purchased of $119 to have another tech to remote into my PC? I kept insisting why they couldn't fix my problem at hand instead of cleaning up unnecessary error codes in my PC? But all I got was a run around from the tech to make another purchased? So I requested a refund and as of yet had received it to date? And it's been almost two weeks since I requested my refund which should of been refunded by now? Hence why I'm writing this review to stop others from experiencing what I endured from their SCAM!

I have issues opening TOR browser. Used to run now it will not open. Had Restoro:"Tech" analyze my pc. Well, all I wanted was the one-time repair for@ $27.00. Not sure of what happened but the price was now more than $40.00 after the scan. At that point my pc had "many" issues. What a shocker! Tech said he had to "consult" with an associate (I have no doubt he just put me on-hold for a minute!). At that point he wanted me to purchase the $200.00 repair. Guess I should have seen that coming. I declined of course, but he tried vey hard to get me to purchase the upgrade. Company does not seem legit. Seems to be just a scam. I plan to open a formal complaint with the BBB.
