I purchased restoro and the first thing they did was ask to do was give them access to my computer to run their software. Then they tried to sell me $600 of future services. I told them no and when I tried to run the program it ran but when I entered their key it was invalid. I called support, they want to to the same thing all over again. The wouldn't give me the license key to do the repair. This is nothing but a scam, plain and simple. Purchase at your own risk!
I did not get the results I was hoping for. My computer is still running slow, I did not get the item I was calling about in the first place. I have had 3 sign on notifications from Microsoft, Amazon and Pay Pal. They range from cities in the US to Poland, Switzerland and Seychelles,
It was pretty high pressure sales to get you to buy "their expertise". I feel like I was suckered into their program and am not happy.

My computer was junk after your company did your update on it. It wouldn't go on the internet or play music or open my apps. I messaged you and they said someone would call but but never did. It couldn't be fixed by you on line since it wouldn't connect to the internet.

Purchased the restoro app but was transfered to an agent for activation but was put through an analysis of my laptop which I thought was part of the service. They then tried to get me to purchase a scan and repair of the PC which I turned down after a very push sales agent tried her best to get me to proceed. After that I was not only charged for the restoro app but also for the analysis of my PC which I never agreed to and which never was done. Very scammy operation. Would not recommend.

I bought Restoro software hoping to fixed my blue screen issue. It never did. Last resort, I rebooted to factory settings my entire windows 10. And back to normal. Then i download restoro again since i paid for it so why waste it. And guess what. Blue screen! Deleted Restoro altogether and last 3 months was amazing. No more issues. So my conclusion, Restoro cannot solve my Bluescreen issue as what they claim. For fairness, maybe it is only for windows 10.

Bought it, ran it, it seems to perceive problems that aren't actual problems. When you run it it "optimizes" your system, yet I continue to get super annoying popups asking me t run it all the time. What's worse is the "don't show this again" box doesn't ever work to stop the pop ups. Uninstalled it today because I've had enough of this BS. Until they fix these problems I can't recommend this program.

Restoro has turned into a SCAM!
I used Restoro in the past successfully but IT HAS CHANGED! Not the same!
I just paid $52 CAD for 1 year license key, But the download file is 0 bites. I tried 5 times, ALL EMPTY.
When I called the *******522 number, Indian accent man wanted to remote connect to my PC!
Should never let that happen and I did not.
They send an empty download file so you call them, and then they want to connect to your PC! They tell you they can only help if they remote connect, which is bull$#*!. They get really snarly when you tell them NO REMOTE CONNECT and they don't want to talk to you anymore.
Typical scammers.
Be wary of anything like this with 24 hour / 7 days a week phone number; nobody does that but scammers!

In March I purchased Restoro. Order ID *******. Today when I ran Restoro and got to the repair step the program requested a License Key. I emailed you for my License Key and received a canned email but no Key. I still do not have the Key.

In my previous review, I stated that the refund into my dad's account was not the $419 agreed to on the phone with the rep. Yesterday, the $419 appeared in his checking account!

I was contacted several times by Restoro as a result of my first review, which I appreciated. I spoke to someone who said that "to be fair" my dad should pay for $180 of the $599 and they would refund the rest to his checking account. I agreed that this was fair and he told me that they would be refunding $419 within 24 to 48 hours. Two days later, my dad's account shows TWO refunds, one for 19.99 and 41.95 which were the initial credit card charges.
So, once again, I feel like I'm getting the runaround from these guys. Just very poor business practice.

Restoro is one of the worst mistakes I've ever made in using computers since 1989. It sucks big time. They did not fix my original problem. And they messed up my machine big time. Deleted files necessary to run AutoCAD and other programs. Installed B/S malware, at least it wasn't there before and it was after. Changed settings in various apps.
I would advise never contacting these people.
In addition, when I was told I would be called, I wasn't. It wasn't until over an hour later I received the call and then the operative argued with me about not calling, when I had the evidence they hadn't called on my recent calls list. Or should I say, no calls from Restoro or any other number I did not recognize.
I realize there are a lot of "reviews" that list Restoro as #1 or #2 best, but as a result of those "reviews", I no longer trust any of them.

Installed and ran, started to get BSOD with stop-code-memory management. Then other BSOD kept coming on. Tried everything to correct. Finally went to a computer repair and they said my MOBO was bad. Cost me $300 to replace. Got my PC back and after installing my software I ran Restoro and BOOM it started happening again. Ran PC Matic and it said I had 2 virus by restoro. Don'[t even think about putting this on your machine. I'm now out the cost of Restoro as well as the $300 for a MOBO I probably didn't need.

I got a blue screen error problem, and when I google the error code that come up, Restoro was the first solution to pop up. I paid for the product, it literally took hours to download, and then the problems started. That however was not the most frustrating part of this whole ordeal. No. When I rung for help, all 3 of the customer service reps that I spoke to refused help and hung up on me saying that someone would get in contact with me in the future to help me with the problems I was having. They didn't listen to me AT ALL, didn't care that I needed help now not it hours/days/weeks time and were so rude it actually blows my mind just thinking about it. DO NO USE THEIR PRODUCTS. They are not worth the drama that will ensue.

I ran Restoro on 24/02 for the first time. It found a load of issues. I clicked on each set and it said they were fixed. On 25/02 I received a message from Restoro saying there had been a malware attack on my pc & suggested I do a scan. I did. Curiously it seemed to identify all the issues from the day before.
Today (27/02) I received a message from Restoro that many items of malicious code had infected my browser. I used Bitdefender and M/S Malicious Software Removal Tool to scan my pc. No trace of any malware was found. I have uninstalled Restoro - I have no confidence in it whatsoever.

Browsed the internet for a solution to a problem and found this programme. The telephone i called number which was alleged to be for the purposes of activating a link to download the product turned out to be a phone call to a sales person who sold me (quite expensive) services I didn't need or really want but felt pressured into buying, which then left what In my opinion was quite sinister software on my computer, and to cap it all It didn't fix the issue I had in the first place.
And in fact this site erroneously displays a five star review when in fact I've left a one star review and wouldn't have left any stars at all if it was possible

Why would I pay anything when I can't tell if the product will work effectively? The paid version of Restoro might be good, but I'm not willing to find out unless I see if the product does what it says it will do. I have paid for a number of products after using the free version, but Restoro does virtually nothing in the free version and is super aggressive about paying for a paid version. Thanks, but no thanks. ALSO - after reading the high number of HORRIBLE reviews about the product I'm glad I didn't go any further. When you read the reviews (and the stock responses to issues) you will not consider this product.

When the tech said "I want to come into your computer to install this", whistles & sirens went off and red flags started waving in my head. Ive only let MSoft do that and it was years ago. I said NO and cancelled it on the spot- 2 minutes after I bought it. He said I could dn/ld and install it myself but I said NO, CANCEL, the order. He said it might take 30-60 days before a refund.
That was 3 weeks ago. Ive tried calling customer service and there is NO live person who deals with refunds, Its done by email only. NOT for me! Ive decided NOT to wait for their refund. I disputed it on with my CC company so that payment is on hold and I dont have to pay it. They'll go after Restoro to get my $$ back.
The first time I didnt take my own advice, I got stung: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS read the company's reviews... do your homework.

I had a Blue screen issue, I googled and evey result suggested Restoro. They guarantee or money back, so I bought the initial program. They spent an hour or more on my laptop abd concluded they couldn't fix the issue unless I spend $299 or more (up to $499). Felt like a scam!
I asked for my money back, now I expect to have difficulty with this!
I googled the issue and on'You Tube" I found how to do it myself for free and I am not IT knowledgeable.

I just would like to inform the public of their Modus Operandi when they try to fix your computer, apart from asking you to pay, they will instruct you the following: 1) open your computer and type in (anydesk.com) or (logmein123). 2) once you do that they now have total access and control of your computer. I have been scammed repeatedly and emptied all my bank accounts in my laptop by sending money to themselves over and over again. And they also bought Bitcoin using my Identity and using my money. 3) They often use a web-based phone number which can be found on TXTNOW. 4) When you complain, they are quick to apologize and promise to reimburse you by logging in to your computer again only to steal more. Please don't be a victim like me. They are so evil and don't care about your situation or humanity.
