Wanted to share my (review) or two cents regarding your app. I really don't feel this "highly" toted app is really doing anything to improve the performance of my Dell Laptop.
Running this Restoro program back-to-back has the same amount of "repairs", which means it did not work the first time. The program twice asked me to work in the"safe" mode to fix something and the program just stopped! I had trouble getting the Lic. Key to work and had to contact Custome Relations, which took over 24-hours.
A quick search of the Cons: show Inability to customize settings-Their Customer Support is rather limited
Overview Restoro has a consumer rating of 2.1 stars from 81 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Consumers complaining about Restoro most frequently mention customer service problems. Restore ranks 51st among Antivirus Software sites.
There are three companies, Restoro, Paddle and SafeCharge... Buyer beware! I am a senior citizen (75 years old). I paid $544.73 for a Restoro service to assist me with my software when I had trouble. That service was abruptly canceled for no reason. They refuse to refund my $544.73. I was also supposed to get MacAfee and Cyber Ghost, which I also never got.
I was defrauded, misled and duped. They they took advantage of disabled old man.
Do not trust these companies.
Just today I had a conversation with a representative of Restoro. She had a thick accent, so I don not where the cal originated. The conversation was among the most obnoxious I have ever had in my life.
All I want is my money back, because I never received the services.

I added it to my 3-year-old pc that was running very well for its age. Within a couple of weeks, my pc began running very slowly. Bootups took longer than usual, sometimes would not load the desktop screens completely, and webpages failed to load, while my router pumps out 140-150 Mbps. I have run the Restoro program at least 3-4 times a week attempting to remedy the problem. Today I uninstalled Restoro and went with ESET. It located 8 detections on the first scan! Skip on Restoro, it's a complete ripoff.

I used Restoro several times and it really did speed up my pc. However, during the repair process my Avast anti virus kept flagging and stopping 2 "malware" programs (Native. Exe and one other).
Thinking that Avast was being over protective I shut Avast down and Ran restoro again - BIG MISTAKE!
My PC locked up and I had no mouse or keyboard controls.
Powered PC off and on, same result PC just locked up even when trying starting in Safe mode.
Ended up taking PC to repair shop, The technician just grinned when I mentioned Restoro. He has had dozens of this same complaint, he had to clean my "C" drive and re-install Windows.
Cost me $180 and several days trying to get my PC back to where I liked it.
Restoro refunded my purchase cost and told me they had their own techs working on a solution to this problem

The number #1 ranked VPN in most Reviews is ExpressVPN always just nudging out NordVPN. When I went to make a purchase ot the ExpressVPN they were a problem and they insisted I use this Restoro program to fix any of my existing Windows issues". I thought that was a great idea. It turned out that I encountered less than stellar intelligence at Restoro so I dropped this so called fix. I tried to get Express to just get me online. The Rep I talked to insisted I get with Restoro first. After a couple hours working with both I just demanded my money back and went to NordVPN. I feel this Restoro is a scam. I was in the computer business BEFORE Bill Gates was. He was still a telephone hacker with Steve Jobs. I retired after 37 years in the business most of the time in my own shop. This company is outside of the US and has many issues. They are inept, and a bad bet.

Well, as free edition, Restoro found a truckload of problems and a virus. So I ran my antivirus and it found nothing. Then I ran MSERT special antivirus and it found nothing. I searched for the virus file Restoro said I had, Emotet trojan, and it was nowhere to be found. But then the next day, threatening messages from Restoro popped out when I was watching a movie, closing up my Firefox browser, then popping open my other browser Brave to ask me to buy the full edition because my computer was under threat.
Just stay away from that crap if you don't intend to pay big money. I actually believe the great reviews on some sites have been paid.
Oh and after I uninstalled it, I run a search on "Restoro" to see if it was all cleaned out, and there was still an. Ini file left to track my moves for marketing.
As I said, just stay away.

I gave them my email, not even 20 minutes later I got flooded with spam emails from different companies. I usually get 1 spam every few days. This is too coincidental.

So i get restoro because i had to fix a few things and to be fair things were going fine for a while, though the malware and errors were a little off
It was until this day i thought the software was legit
It detected AMD adrenaline as malware, i burst out laughing and uninstalled the software insantly. Dont waste your time with these scam artists, they are an absolute joke

It is a scam. I paid for a 1 year subscription, but never received a key, just a phone number where nobody answer. Paddle, the resseler company just washed their hands like Pilatus

I chose Restoro because my computer was in a mess and I didn't know how to fix it. Unfortunately, after I had paid all the $$ my computer was still in a mess and I couldn't find Restoro to complain. These review requests are the first times I have heard from Restoro. The Order ID is correct, but the Purchase date is APRIL 5,2021. I believe I am entitled to a refund as nothing was fixed on my computer.

I paid my 40 ish dollars spent an hour on the phone and all this guy did was handle me... to keep me on the line I never let them talk to me about any more money and I got fed up with nothing changing after a full hours on the phone. I heard my supervisor so many times I got fed up. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CON MEN.

It claims to fix problems, but in reality hasn't don't anything for me. Better to use: CCleaner, Wise Disk Cleaner, and Wise Registry Cleaner all of which are FREE. I also use System Mechanic Professional which is not free but does a much better job than Restoro. Restoro gives you the impression that it is doing something but leaves you very disapointed in the end.

I attached a screenshot of their disgusting business practices. You can't cancel the annual subscription, without losing access to the program despite paying for a full year up front. This is predatory business practices hoping that you forget to cancel. Oh and the software didn't work AND it got clapped by Windows Defender as a known scam/malware software. STAY AWAY.
Update: It doesn't let me comment under Restoro's comment so I'll update my comment in hopes that more people dont get scammed. You can cancel anytime, but you lose access to the program even though you paid for a full year and when you cancel, you're stuck with the malware and half of the program still lingering on your pc. You lose access to certain files by design so you renew. PUP's arent malware, but Restoro is. They also liked their own comment. I expect nothing less from these people. BUY AMERICAN OR FROM A 1ST WORLD COUNTRY. Their entire website looks like it was made off of Fiverr. STAY AWAY!

I purchased Restoro to help fix some computer errors it was supose to fix. It worked a couple of times. When I tried to up date my computer and reinstalled the program the security key did not work. I emailed them they sent the key but the program would not let me type lower case letters. The software converted them into upper case. Tried emailing them no answer. Then finaly found a phone but the kept telling me everyone is busy leave a message they would call back. THEY NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED. This company is one of the worst customer services ever. DO NOT DEAL With them
