Restoro was asked for help with my curser problems which cost over $27 to get started, she scanned and said I needed a technician which would cost more as I has suspected viruses. I refused to pay more and luckily they reimbursed me immediately. I took my computer to a tech in town and the only problem was I needed a new mouse, I had not viruses, he checked it out. Very disappointed in their service as it cost me only $20.00 here.
