Agent was accommodating to provide a 1 hour early check-in for me on Thursday 11/7/2024
I was offered a good value but after 40 minutes on the call was told that due to system errors cannot process the transaction which was really weird and was offered another property that I was not interested in. Was also told that the error will never be resolved so basically I cannot ever get that property?

Thought I was booking directly with the hotel but somehow ended up booking through Expedia which charges you an ungodly fee. Room went from $188 a night to nearly $300. I will not be doing that again.
