If a booking is for more then one day and you require to cancel one but not all nights you cannot do that. You must cancel the entire booking " Our system will not allow us to cancel specific nights"
Even if the hotel that you have requested is completely sold out. The hotel can also not change this booking or hold the day you would like to keep. Utter bull$#*! that in 2022 we cannot cancel specific days and they can steal money that someone requests to change prior to the cancellation deadline. Also is does not say anywhere in the cancelation police about this inability to change the reservation. It also requires me to select a star to rate my experience. It is a Zero star review.

Booking was easy. I did want to find out if shuttle service was available Friday night. I know at one time some of the hotels had to discontinue it for a while.
Also, if room service was complimentary. My husband is a coffee drinker but may only want a cup.
This is a third party host and you are better off going to Choice then to use this site. They were not accommodating in helping me to put through my tax exemption status. The supervisor did not know how to do it so he said that it was not possible and he was rude about it. He then told me I should call the actually site and get them to take the taxes off. When I explained that I already spoke with them and they referred me back to this site as it was third party and they could not do it; the supervisor said well it not possible". I cancelled the reservation and rebooked through choice.com website. The price was about and I was able to get the taxes exempt done.

The system is a bit slow and there is no where to put in for non profit, tax exempt info.
Stay away. Worthless service. Our reservation, thru them, was canceled. They were clueless. I found us another hotel. But still. Thanks, yall. If you want something reliable, stay away.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
