Although I reserved 1 room for two nights on the website my confirmation from the reservation desk stated that I had reserved 2 rooms! So I had to call Reservation Support to receive an accurate reservation confirmation.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to book me a nonsmoking room with two double beds. Instead, I was given a smoke-filled room in a sleazy hotel. When I asked for a refund, they sided with the hotel. I never stayed in the room. Do not book with this company!
