My experience was great...but i was not asked about the people in the room...my reservation says 2 adults...it will be 1 adult and 2 children

I was charged $301 for my room but when I arrived to check in paperwork I signed stated $170
No one will return my call and the person I spoke to says no refunds.
Booking process was done all online, not issues. I have nothing else to report.
