I thought I was booking direct with the hotel. Then I was hit with a $15.99 charge for some hotel book or something. If I'd have declined it, my credit card would have been cancelled and reissued by my credit card company. So I guess I'd say it would have been nice if I'd been made aware of this purchase up front.
