They lied about the reservation, I paid for 3 guests and they booked a room for 2 guests and the included breakfast was indeed but not included. The total price was more than booking.com and I was trying to contact the company (supposing my they operate 24/7) but they were not helpful at all, saying that we will take 7 days to respond. Traveling from overseas and realizing that this company took advantage of our time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had called awhile back to reserve a room after my son had told me about your rooms. I have a micro yorkie 2 lbs and a yorkiepoo 4 lbs. when I called the first time he told me it's fine as they are so small, non allergenic and non shedding, not barkers and very well trained :). After booking a 2 night stay this time I had gone back to make sure I was getting the dark red room with what looked like black glass around the heart shaped. When I noticed I would but no pets allowed :( I am going for 2 nights to relax as I've been getting my moms celebration of life together. Booking dept didn't see a problem with bringing them, I spoke to front desk also and he also said because they are small it shouldn't be a problem. I will call back in the am again to make sure. I will not be leaving them alone I will be there the whole time :) thank you so much!

First time with Reservation desk. I did not realized if I cancel the reservation within the time allow that I will still lost $15.99 because of Reservation Desk charges. Please stated with BOLD font for user to know it up front. I am many years with Hotels.com and Booking.com so I thought Reservation Desk would offer the same kind of service. I am OK with Reservation Desk charges if I keep the reservation but I think it is unethical that I am being charged by Reservation Desk of $15.99 when I cancel the booking.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
