The rep didn't tell cancellation policy. He only said "You can't cancel". After the reservation, I had to look for your website and find the cancellation policy which is 14 day advanced notice.

The reservations were easy to make but when I arrived at the motel I was not given the room that I paid for. The room on the website had a sauna and fireplace. I was given just an ordinary room. They do have the better rooms but Reservation Desk took my money for the nice room and paid the motel for the basic room. I tried to work it out by phone with Reservation Desk but I have not heard back from them since I called them 15 days ago. I will be reporting Reservation Desk to my credit card company and have the charges reversed.
