Along with my reservation request, I asked for two things: (1) checking in mid-morning, and (2) getting a 1st floor room. I asked for a confirmation on these two requests, but I received no confirmation back at all.

Everything was fine but saw nowhere that I could request a room on the top floor.
The actual booking was fine but received 3 different confirmation numbers. I'm staying 3/31 & 4/1 and the other confirmations were for the month of May. Didn't want my card to be charged three times and it took quite a while to straighten it out.
