My online reservation went well.

The problem was when I called La Quinta to find out what times are the check-in and checkout times, I was told that my reservation was not in the system and that I have to make a separate phone reservation and that I have to pay again and even higher for that matter. Knowing about computers, I advised the desk agent that it might be a timing issue. But she insisted that I make another reservation and that I had to pay about 68 dollars more for the same room, the same calendar days. So i had to ask her to call her Supervisor who found my online reservation. And the thing went into place again.
