They lied to me when they said the hotel I requested had no rooms available and booked me into one of their partner hotels. Don't believe what they tell you. They are not an agent for the hotel you are calling about even though they act like it. Make sure you are calling a hotel and not this service. Now I am stuck with a room at a hotel I didn't want. Their cancellation fee is way out of line also. I only gave them a one-star rating because it would not let me complete the review with no stars.

I thought I was booking directly with the Hotel and somehow I got sent to Reservation Center without knowing it until after the reservation was made.
I made a reservation early this same day directly with the Hotel and my reservation was confirmed to be able to be cancelled 24hr prior to check in, and room rate the same but cheaper taxes.
But when I booked for other day was somehow taken to your site and got charged for a non-refundable room with higher taxes and my Credit Card charged already and I won't even be checking in to that room until 6/6/24, my Credit Card should not be charge until I check into the room and since you gave me a non-refundable room rate my credit card should only charged if I don't show up or I cancel.
I am not happy at all with how your company some took me your site from the Hotel site and that I was charged on my Credit Card.

I was not expecting a third party when I made my reservations for this hotel stay. It caught me off guard. I saw a cheaper rate for this reservation and of course it sparked my interest. Will not do this again in future reservations. Service fees were extremely expensive and taxes. Was unable to use my AAA discount.
