No problems booking. Received confirmation email and text promptly. The taxes and fees were included in the total, so we are not surprised with unexpected additional costs which is always seems a little dishonest. We Booked a room with another booking agency a year or so ago and ended up paying an extra $150.00 in fees that we were not aware of when we booked the room.
