Although making this reservation was easy. For some reason it says I don't have an account nor any past reservations. But I did stay there mid September and 2023. I have the confirmation and I paid for that last year. But for some reason, it says didn't recognize me. But then when I went into my Hyatt rewards my email and name and everything was there. So basically, my past reservations and this current reservation was not showing up in the same account.

Seriously, isn't this the most basic start function? I picked a start date of 6/23 yet the calendar kept going to 6/11. Doesn't seem like this should be difficult, but I tried 4-5 times before it finally came out right. But heres the really funny thing: I don't know what I might have done differently on the last attempt that actually worked! Go figure. Other than that though, the rest of everything worked out OK.
