Booked reservation 8 months ago. As event is close I was shocked to find no record of my confirmation #, email address, or phone #. Had I not checked on reservation, wouldn't have had one at all. Makes you wonder where original reservation went?

Initial conversation with hotel agent states they have shuttle service. Calling to confirm pickup and now being told no service available. Will have to secure other means of transportation. Off to a horrible start. This is what I expect from a 2 star hotel, either change your rating to reflect service or provide service stated at booking.

I made reservations, thru what I thought was my Hotels Website, and somehow chose a room that was nonrefundable. I know that was my mistake because I would never choose a Nonrefundable Room. I tried to cancel the reservation the same day I made it but, customer service would only say Non-Refundable. I feel like there should have been a window of cancellation, but they would not work with me. Don't use this Company, because they will not work with you to resolve your issues.

Answer: Trying to cancel a reservation, the rote voice said it did not recognize the phone number, even though it was the same phone I used to make the reservation. Then asked if the reservation confirmation number started with an R. I said No. It asked me several more times. I kept answering No. Then it told me to call the hotel for help and hung up. Called the hotel. They said they could not cancel since the reservation was made through a third-party company. That I would have to cancel through ReservationCounter. (Oh, by the way, I had tried to use the online Cancellation page - it doesn't work.) It was very difficult to get through to anybody and there were very long waits in between. I will never use this company again.
