Not satisfied with the cancellation policy at all. Need more leeway time esp if you change your mind last minute.

The web site says 20 dollars for 2 pets, my sister was told at check in that it is 30 dollars, fix this discrepancy, Best Western lied too me, telling me one thing and then the hotel charging more at check in. This is the 2nd time in1 year I've booked this hotel, I will never book again.

A SURPRISE EMBEDDED FEE of $75 was maddening to discover. The booking confirmation stated "TAXES & FEES" AFTER a non-refundable purchase was secured! Super sneaky and their site made me think I was booking directly…will live with this mistake, but info wasn't available until it was too late!
