We have stayed with Extended Stay before and the experience was pleasant.
Booking online was made easy.
My only negative comment would be the cancellation policy. I made my reservations months in advance and there but there seems to be no provisions for any migrating circumstances that may arise.
I made my reservations excepting the cancellation policy as is because of my previous experience with Extended Stay of America. However, if this were my first time, I may have been hesitant to make such a long-term commitment without at least a partial refund in the case of an unforeseen event.

Very deceptive business practice. When I asked if it was the hotel near Cedar Bluff there was a hesitation and that should have been my first clue it was a fake company.

It seems a bit unreasonable to charge full price May 5th for a reservation at the end of September.
