My shirt is FANTASTIC, but more importantly, I received outstanding customer service. This was my first order from Represent and I was so thrilled at the level of communication while tracking my order. They were efficient and friendly and I could not ask for me. I look forward to ordering from them again.
Throughout the time I was buying the item I bought I had a super easy time and it was fast. The price was pretty high for the item I bought but I'm sure it was in high demand and I don't think this company determined the price. It got here way before I expected and I was notified ahead of time when it was shipped and when it should arrive by. Overall an amazing experience and the product is exactly what I wanted and expected.
I am only ordering from this company because of Jared's Always Keep Fighting Campaign. The first two the shirts came on time. However for the rest of them even though I would order them within the first two days of the campaign, they are always late. For example, with the Family Always has your Back campaign, I ordered it on the second day and said it would ship on October 13th. For the next 6 weeks my order said we are now packing your order and people who had ordered days after me were already getting their shirts. I emailed twice and each time it was a generic reply. My order just shipped last night on November 7th, even though I should've gotten it weeks ago. I think it is time for Jared to find a new company to do his campaigns

I ordered a sweater on 11/25/2017, it was supposed to ship 12/15/2017, still no e-mail on when I will get this Christmas sweater probably after Christmas. They did send an e-mail that they are reimbursing the shipping charges, but that does not mean I will get the sweater in time.

I ordered the Kobe Bryant Merry Swishmas sweater and received it before the expected delivery date! I was really concerned it would not arrive in time for Christmas, but their customer service assured me it would and they replied quickly enough that I did not have to panic. I found their service to be helpful and friendly. As far as the quality, it's awesome and I couldn't wait to wear it!

I ordered a hoodie back in September and here it is November 1st and still no hoodie and they won't give me answers on when it's coming! I will never order from here again and niether will my friends or family! Horrible place!

How is it that Im charged almost $50 for a long sleeve gildan shirt that costs maybe $5 ordered in 4/22 its 5/26 and I still dont have it. Why dont I have it yet or why dont I have my money? What are you all trying to pull?
I purchased two shirts through Represent during a fundraiser Markiplier was doing. Represent was simple to use and the shirts orders went through easily. I got notified when the shirts were to be printed ( which were exactly on time) and when they were to ship ( on time as well) The shirts were awesome! Very soft and washed up nice. I would highly recommend them.

I love the product I get and am over joyed that my favorite youtuber makes merch with them for charity. The items do take quite awhile to arrive but you have to understand that they have a lot of merch to make and its going to take a long time. For example, my favorite Markiplier has about 18 million subscribers, I can bet at least 75% of them are buy stuff when it come out. Thats a lot of items to be made lol so take your time I appreciate the quality.

Bought the LDF save the ocean t-shirt... wanted to support the cause & expected the t-shirt to be of ok quality but I was so pleased... really soft, comfortable & great fit! Also fantastic value. Love it!

When I bought my product on 22/7 I was told it will be shipped on 17/8. Ok. Then on 28/7 I was told it will be early shipped on 12/8. Great! Then on 15/8 I was informed that my package has been Delayed. Not so great any more! Then on 16/8 I was informed that it is ready for shipping. Ok. Finally, on 25/8 I got email that it has left tour warehouse. It took 9 days from Ready to Shipped!? And now it is still on LA airport and long way from his destination. All in all, so far this is not the best experiance for me as first time customer. Kind regards, Erik.
Some time ago I ordered a Crowley tshirt - " even when I lose I win" - and recently I ordered, and just received, a Crowley "Miss me?" mug, and i love them! The shirt is great and soft and is lasting well, despite heavy use and laundering. The mug is great: good weight and image. I wish the image was a bit lighter, to make it easier to see, but it's great anyway! I love being able to purchase merchandise related to one of my fave actors and support a charity at the same time. The designs are fabulous, the shirts are super comfy! The proceeds go to a WONDERFUL cause. I have bought many different designed shirts to support many different charities, I just keep coming back for more! If I see that Represent.com is behind the fundraising, I know I will be pleased!

What a bunch of bullsh! T dealing with this company. I placed an order and the form on their website kept prompting me to re-enter the state on my address. I did this and resubmitted the order until it finally went through. Then i received an email the next day to correct my address. When i did this it redirected my to a paypal checkout again and stated that i would be refunded my first purchase total within 5 days. I spent the next week trying to get ahold of customer service only to receive generic canned responses that they're too busy to actually respond. Finally get a human to send me an email and they chose to blame the entire problem on me and or paypal. What a bunch of as$holes. Can't wait to receive this product and it had better be of the highest quality to make up for the dumbest ordering process i have ever been through dealing with the dumbest customer service reps possible. I hate you.

Ive ordered multiple things from Represent, granted all of it pewds merch. The only problem I've had was my pew news long sleeve shirt had a printing error and the pew news logo was missed. I took a pic and sent it to them and within 24 hours I got a full refund and got to keep the shirt even though they just missed a small part of the printing. Am I disappointed my pew news shirt doesn't say pew news? Yes Am I super impressed with all my other merch and fast af customer service? Hell yes! I just got in the 80 mil club hoodie and it's the nicest hoodie I've ever owned. Super thick, very soft material inside, perfect size and the quality of the print is amazing. Much better quality than teepublic's merch who's prints start cracking after two or three washes. TLDR; Amazing quality of clothes and print job on top of epic service.

T-shirt already expensive with high delivery charge, then got customs charge and charge from post office for having to deal with customs charge. Emailed for assistance and got no response. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't use again.

My product came and I am so happy about it. I got a Jb(from Got7) dad hat and it came within the shipping date and kept me updated on it. They had also replied back to me when they said they would. From reading the reviews I say it all depends on what product you are getting and where you're from. I am from USA and I got a hat. It seems like most people who are sad about their review are from different countries or are ordering a sweater or hoodie.
