Besides the sleeves being a little long the clothing appears to be very well made and has held up in the washer and dryer, they were also very easy to deal with. They kept me updated throughout the march campaign until it was sent to me and they made sure to follow up as well.

Lovely quality product

Got a t-shirt that Represent produced for a campaign of the Leonardo DiCaprio foundation.
It was a good fit and of nice quality - I'm very happy with the product.
The only thing though, is that I wished they would have informed me that there would be a customs fee included in my order, as I live in England. (The customs fee was a little bit of an unpleasant surprise, when I got the package and I still had this outstanding, unexpected fee to pay)

The sizing is great, the quality is fantastic, the order process was easy, the delivery time estimated was correct... just wish the campaign was available for longer so i could have contacted more family members to get their orders too

I ordered a Markiplier official notebook on 29 August. Today is 13 October and all I have got are 2 delayed notices (19,23 Sept), a survey notice on 3 Oct and a discount code on 11 Oct. Guess what I have yet to receive? A shipping notification for the notebook I ordered my daughter.

Never again will I order from here and I recommend other not to order either.

Ordered jumper for my daughter yes just a jumper, having paid out a lot for this jumper now we are having to pay £13.52 before we can collect it, and that's pounds a rip off company wouldn't recommend u too my car, disgraceful outrageous.

I am afraid we cannot take responsibility for any import VAT, which your government charges you based on your country's legislation. If you are receiving any package from overseas, please be aware that it may incur customs charges. This usually also consists of a £8 handling fee, which is charged by Royal Mail and as a courtesy to our customers, we are happy to offer reimbursement for this. Amazing

First, I must say that I love Bob Morely, and the fact that I was able to get a sweatshirt designed by him and it went to a great cause? And it had the best line from my favorite show on the shirt? Amazing! I love it so much!
This is the best site to make something that everyone would want while still donating to causes that will help change people's lives for the better.

I ordered multiple supernatural shirts and they misprinted one so they are sending me a new free one but they take forever to get here! And the tracking updates are no help at all. Overall the shirts were worth it tho.

Purchased a sweatshirt as a gift for Christmas, in PLENTY of time (4 weeks) to insure delivery. Not only did the product not arrive in time, but contacting their (ahem) Customer Service was a complete waste of time; they weren't able to help with any questions or possible changes to my order - despite what their website claimed. I will never do business with this shady outfit again!

They shipped my order within the expected timeline. When they realized they made an error with printing they printed a new order and shipped a second one at no cost. And the detail was so small I don't think I would even have noticed! Well done!

I live in Canada and the brokerage and customs fees have occasionally doubled the cost of the items. I would like Represent to find a better way to send out the packages so the consumers that are out of country aren't gouged by these added costs.

This company doesn't know how to print shirts. They get shirts through other business and don't know the basics about sizing information. If you're looking to get bulk orders DON'T come here. So unprofessional and non responsive. After placing my order with all information they finally sent shirts (after the needed deadline) in THE WRONG SIZE AND DESIGN. I will never use represent.com again and neither should you.

Website is awesome. Mobile website is awesome. Sizing chart is awesome. Partial delivery with tracking of each delivery is awesome. Fast delivery and straight to my mailbox is awesome. I've ordered from you guys a few times now and you've never disappointed me. My last order ended up being delayed, but it wasn't because of you guys. There was just so many items sold that you couldn't keep up. Which is perfectly fine! We're only human! Feeling bad about it, 6you guys even sent a discount code to anyone who's item got delayed. I didn't have any issues with checkout, it was super smooth and intuitive. I appreciated the ability to edit my order after the fact, since I needed to change my shipping address. I would have liked to be able to add to my order after checkout as well, instead of having to make multiple orders. In my case, my mom decided she also wanted to support the same campaign by buying a tshirt, and I had to go in and make a second order for that. I'm not sure if what I'm asking is even possible, but maybe with a reconfirmation of the card number it would be? Anyways, its a great site with a great goal.

I thought shirt was a bit thin but overall package was plastic bag, shirt came folded inside and wasn't damaged thankfully. Quality of shirt was great though. Bag was easy to rip open due to the precut dotted lines, so no scissors needed! YAY!
