My friends had placed an order for me (as a birthday gift) back in October 2016. That package however NEVER got delivered, with the local post office denying any such packing having come through and Represent saying that International Package has no tracking as such (really?!). I mailed them, and they very graciously offered to reship again. Got a mail saying that they have mailed it as of Feb 25th but now I am very anxious as I have no idea how to track it. Honestly, I really just want my birthday tee (Evan Peters, Stay Weird). I live in India but have received several packages from the US before from friends and family. Never have I had such a bad experience.
I’m so sorry for this, especially if it was a present from your friends. It’s unfortunately true that our carrier doesn’t provide detailed tracking for shipments to India, but I can imagine the frustration.
It’s a pity, as we send oders to your country regularly and they do get delivered in most of the cases, despite of the missing tracking details, however I’m very sorry about both of your packages.

Every time Jared Padalecki has a campaign here I always order. However, due to the popularity of it, it takes awhile to receive. Once shipped, it is very fast (usually only 3 to 4 days) and it only costs 4.99 if you live in the U.S. The quality is always great though sizes run small so just order a size up and you'll be fine. Can't wait for Jared's next AKF campaign.

I ordered Sofia Vergara's No Pain No Cake tank top back in November 2016 and I am based in Hong Kong. It was scheduled to be shipped on December 1,2016.
I reached out to Represent.com's customer service on December 22,2016 for the first time. They replied that the parcel won't be able to be tracked once it arrives in Hong Kong, that I should contact my local post office and usually international orders take 3-8 weeks to arrive. I called UPS, UPS said that have delivered my parcel to USPS on December 6,2016. I called USPS, USPS said since there is no tracking, they are not sure whether USPS mailed it out or not. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? I went to my local post office in Hong Kong; they told me the parcel NEVER arrived in Hong Kong.
So I waited 8 weeks, AS THEY PROMISED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IN THEIR EMAIL. I reached out to Represent.com again on January 23,2017. I gave my phone number to Represent.com. I asked them, several times, to call me to directly discuss this. I was hoping that a few minutes on the phone can solve the problem. It is much more efficient than exchanging one email per day since there is time difference between U.S. and Hong Kong.
The customer service guy never called. I wonder if they are just a bunch of guys working from home and can't afford interntaional calls. I then offered that they could call me via WhatsApp call. Still, no one called.
To be fair, I am a resonable person. I did not ask Represent.com to give me their number. I explained to them that even if they call, it won't show on my phone because it will just say it is an international number or simply shows "NO CALLER ID". Still, no one called.
The customer service guy replied that they can re-ship my order but still without tracking. I wonder if is their pretense. They offer re-shipping and every time it is without tracking, so they can simply tell me the parcel went missing and I will never received it.
I really want the tank top to arrive.
The issue is still pending now.
I wonder if they can give me a satisfying answer any time soon.

I can imagine that this is very frustrating. Despite of all this I’m glad that my colleague was able to offer you a full refund or a re-print at no additional costs and I’m happy to confirm that at this point your order is being re-printed according to your preference and will be sent out to your address very soon!
With the tracking to Hong Kong, it’s a bit tricky. It does usually work, but just not in all cases, so we unfortunately can’t guarantee it. However please be reassured that we have a good experience with sending our products to Hong Kong in general, so I’m sure that your second package will be delivered just fine.
I was looking more closely into your shippment and I can see that it got lost just at the point when UPS has transfered it to USPS, who were supposed to ensure the international delivery. Again, I’m very sorry that that has happend!

I wrote the company many times over, but never even received a reply. There is no phone number, and as far as I can tell, this company is a complete scam. I ordered the Kobe Bryant Merry Swishmas sweater and received it before the expected delivery date! I was really concerned it would not arrive in time for Christmas, but their customer service assured me it would and they replied quickly enough that I did not have to panic. I found their service to be helpful and friendly. As far as the quality, it's awesome and I couldn't wait to wear it!

Purchased a sweatshirt as a gift for Christmas, in PLENTY of time (4 weeks) to insure delivery. Not only did the product not arrive in time, but contacting their (ahem) Customer Service was a complete waste of time; they weren't able to help with any questions or possible changes to my order - despite what their website claimed. I will never do business with this shady outfit again!

Ordered a shirt In November with a shipping date of December 10th. I still have not received. They had no problem charging my credit card on November 20th. This was a Christmas gift. I will never order from them again.

This is a scam and a misrepresenation. The shirts were linked from Bill Nye's website and ordered in October... no delivery, no update, no info. They have not replied to me and the comments of others support this companies low rating. I'm more concerned that I used a credit card and will now have to follow up on possible scamming. Bill Nye should check into the hacks that are using his good name for a bad service.

I ordered a "Family Will Always Have Your Back" hoodie for a campaign Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles did. The first jumper that came was misprinted. I emailed them and asked for a new one, since it was their mistake. A new one has just come today and I'm sorry to say but it is yet another misprint. I am very angry. Not only have I had to pay extra delivery charges (£11 for the first jumper and now £15 for the second one), but I've now had two misprinted jumpers. The prices are also outrageous. Their email responses are slow and honestly the company is horrific. I am never ordering from them again and I hope Jared chooses another company for his future campaigns because represent.com is utterly terrible.

I am only ordering from this company because of Jared's Always Keep Fighting Campaign. The first two the shirts came on time. However for the rest of them even though I would order them within the first two days of the campaign, they are always late. For example, with the Family Always has your Back campaign, I ordered it on the second day and said it would ship on October 13th. For the next 6 weeks my order said we are now packing your order and people who had ordered days after me were already getting their shirts. I emailed twice and each time it was a generic reply. My order just shipped last night on November 7th, even though I should've gotten it weeks ago. I think it is time for Jared to find a new company to do his campaigns

Worse T shirt I ever saw. Feels like cardboard, ( made in Nicaragua) and poorly stitched. What's worse is the printing, it looks like it's 100 years old. It's all blochy, edges are missing in places, faded throughout. I waited so long to get, what,,,, a piece of crap. Buyers beware with this company. Seeing all the terrible reviews on mailing it back I'm sure I will never see a refund. Wish I can show you what they had the nerve to mail me. Should have reviewed them and seen they had NO phone number, should tell you something, huh?

I ordered my hoodie on September 27th and the Campaign ended on October 13th. It still hasn't shipped or sent me any info on he shipment and that was over a month ago.

I have ordered for them 4 times. Every time it gets worse. I order the same tank top and each time the quality gets worse. The shirt is PAPER THIN and of extremely bad quality. I have never filed a complaint anywhere before. The prices are through the roof but I always feel like it's well worth it because it's for a great cause however, that doesn't mean you should screw over your customers. The shipping has been late every single time. Just this last time it was a month late and I have emailed them 5-6 times. They were of no help and didn't seem to care. After receiving. This last terribly made tank top, I have emailed twice seeking a refund and pleading with them to fix the quality of their products so that maybe in the future I can order again but they have ignored every attempt. (Holding the BLACK top up you can see it is transparent even through both sides still together.) I spent $30 on this and it looks like it will shred it I wash it. I'd be lucky for it to make it through 3 washes. Before I received mine I saw countless people posting complaints in the groups in in who have purchased different style shirts from this campaign and I stood up for represent thinking "yea they are think but I can't be that bad" I was wrong. I am so disappointed. I can even return the shirt for a refund because they won't respond to me.

Ordered two shirts and one hoodie from the Arnold Schwarzenegger "Come with me if you want to lift" Campaign. First I will say it took over 6 weeks to receive my products. One shirt arrived with a hole in the sleeve stitching, they are sending a replacement. Today, after only two washes, the other shirt is now coming apart as well (very poor stitching in the sleeves and bottom of the shirt. I do not dare wash the hoodie as I'm afraid it too will fall apart. I was very excited to buy the shirts when I saw the campaign on Arnold's FaceBook page, but it's truly been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I would highly advise you NOT to order shirts from this company.
I placed an order for a t-shirt. It took over 6 weeks to arrive. When it did it looked like a child size. I called and the representative said "yeah... they run very small". No where on my order did it say that that shirt runs small... it was ridiculously small. According to them I have to pay return shipping. This is a horrible company and I suggest, if you're planning on ordering anything, DON'T!
