I have ordered every shirt that Jared Padalecki has done for #AKF. I have found Represent to be very helpful when contacted, I have also found every shirt I have ordered was of good quality. Some of my shirts are now over 2 years old, they look exactly as they did when I purchased them. (I wear all of them often)
Shipping takes time on these, based on campaign, how long it runs etc. Represent makes you very aware and keeps you up to date as to when it is, printed, packaged, and shipped through e-mail. Once shipped they send you a track via e-mail.
I have ordered shirts for other people as well from each campaign, never had an issue with them getting them, or not being happy with the quality...
I also really like that Represent works with all the Supernatural cast to raise money for #AKF or any of there causes. The shirts are exactly as I order them every time, correct size, color etc. I just got confirmation that Mark Sheppard's shirt has shipped. I have never ordered one from him but I am sure I will be pleased. Keep up the great work!
Bought a shirt from Hope Solo's campaign because I liked the design. The printed shirt looked NOTHING like the picture they used to advertise it. There was next to no shading, the eyes were squinty and barely colored and the lines drawn under her mouth made it like she had a soul patch.
A friend bought the same shirt and the quality was just as bad, so it wasn't a one off printing error.
False advertising using a picture that wasn't the real shirt.
Shipping took forever and the shirt is also super thin and will probably tear after minimal use. OK to sleep in, but not good everyday use.
Contacted customer service and was told "the mock up on the website is the actual design used by the printer, unfortunately, the print can never be 100% the same as the displayed picture" and that I am welcome to return it, but then I'm out the cost of return shipping
Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge everyone else to stay away
I really like that there are companies like Represent that work with artists to raise moneh for a cause. Whenever they have something from Jared Padalecki, Felica Day or Markiplier I know that I can get something neat and help out a good cause.

This company doesn't know how to print shirts. They get shirts through other business and don't know the basics about sizing information. If you're looking to get bulk orders DON'T come here. So unprofessional and non responsive. After placing my order with all information they finally sent shirts (after the needed deadline) in THE WRONG SIZE AND DESIGN. I will never use represent.com again and neither should you.
I am in love with Represent and their workers. I've ordered twice from them and received my purchases faster than many of the other websites I've used in the past. The customer service people are awesome and helped me cancel an order even though the campaign had already ended and insisted that if there was anything I needed to let them know. I've fallen in love with the company and am so glad that I found them out through my favorite YouTuber Markiplier!
Although, it is a great hoodie and I am glad to have it! The tracking system could be upgraded. I would rather have it through fed ex since there was a delay ontop of the snail mail.
