Worst car rental company ever!
First they bring car that flashers, keys and radio do not work and is more dirty inside than my dog house. I had to go replace car where I was then taken on a 10 minute drive looking for the new car as they could not find where they parked it. Once found it would not start and again had filthy interior. After 45 min new car was brought that was acceptable.
Cherry on the cake was they have not returned the security deposit and lying to me daily on it.
After 1 month period it took me 2 weeks of calling and visiting their office but finaly got my deposit refunded.
Never Again!
Rent a Kia Rio and engine broke after 1 week. Replace by Nissan Sunny after several calls without answers.
Impossible to get the deposit back, despite many many calls, emails and chat on their. Website.
Staff is really rude, hang up the phone, leave the chat while explaining my problem, ignore emails, not polite at all.
Please never be fooled by the company.
They are the worst car rental ever in Dubai.

SCAM BEWARE
The worst customer service, they cheat, double charge and above all the staff are worse than worst, they have no manners and no customer service approach. They look for any opportunity to double charge you. At all costs, avoid those scammers.
This company is the worst rental company I have ever used. Their staff are rude, inefficient, have no organizational skills no customer service skills and are terrible at there job. I rented a car from them as they were cheap but I soon realized cheap comes at a price. They take your card details and charge your card for charges that aren't yours to begins with. I actually don't feel safe knowing they had my card details. As they would randomly take money without my permission. I would get bills from there automated messaging service that were in correct then when I tried calling there office I could never get throgh to anyone. Then I would get a further message saying they want to charge me for over due payments that I had paid on time. Their company is a joke unprofessional and is one big scam! Don't use them
