They are professional theives and frauds, they play aroung with different ways to charge you extra charges, they impose false charges, extra charges, admin charges, xyz charges, bull$#*! charges for nothing. They will delay to return back your security as much as possible try to cut money out of it for nothing.
Donot get trap in their low perday rates.
You will always regret why you rented a car from them.
Worst ever service specially the philipina sitting in the security return department she doesnt know even the letter C of customer service...
Pathetic Service Twice tried by me and my friend same experience to both. Check the reviews ftom hundreds of other customer on google and thier Facebook.

The biggest fraud people & company. Dubai Government must take stick action against them. I take the car for 2 months and had emergency travel to the country, the car was handed over with my friend and return back to the company. The balance was on me only 500AED when I left. Now after 7 months, they are sending me a PDF file that shows that I owe them 44,330 AED? And put a Civil case again me. I was shocked and I have no idea what to do now. Please, can anyone advise?

This company is the worst rental company I have ever used. Their staff are rude, inefficient, have no organizational skills no customer service skills and are terrible at there job. I rented a car from them as they were cheap but I soon realized cheap comes at a price. They take your card details and charge your card for charges that aren't yours to begins with. I actually don't feel safe knowing they had my card details. As they would randomly take money without my permission. I would get bills from there automated messaging service that were in correct then when I tried calling there office I could never get throgh to anyone. Then I would get a further message saying they want to charge me for over due payments that I had paid on time. Their company is a joke unprofessional and is one big scam! Don't use them

This is the worst car rental company in the world. They use extremely shady business practices to swindle money out of you in every way imaginable. They will offer you the cheapest car and then charge the double of it in admin fees. They will make you pay a deposit and then charge admin fees on every single transaction. When you go to their office they will lie to you on your face and then deny every having done so. Avoid them. Avoid them. Avoid them at all costs.

I would give ZERO rating to this car rental company honestly. Very unprofessional and unreliable stuff. I have clearly asked for 4days rent, and they filed in the system 3 days only (which of course I had to find out myself!). Delivery man took from me deposit, advanced payment, and asked for cash payment for delivering the car while Delivery Charges where already applied on the bill with letters + D. C. :) Very smart trick!
After all I wanted to extend for 1 more day, and they asked me to come to their office PERSONALLY to give them advanced payment again. I mean, since they took deposit already, isnt a proof that for sure I will pay additional money once I will give the car back? And there is no online payment system as well. Ridiculous. Also, they put 100km day limit. If they wont give my deposit back, I will definitely go to police station! I assured their employees I will complain on every social media about them.

The worst experience I have ever had. They gave me a car without the car registration card and after several follow ups also they responded with a expired mulki. So I returned the car immediately within next 2 days. The sold the car saying per day rent for Nissan sunny is aed 52. I would not go to their office for two days. And then they send a bill of aed 149 aed per day. I mean the nerve for charging aed 149 for 2014 model sunny. They take advantage of the aed 1000 they take as deposit. They hide behind the lengthy terms and conditions behind some page. They are very cunning and fraud people. Never ever ever get a car from them if you dont want to get cheater big time like aed 600 to aed 500 extra for no reason. Also I did not wash the car to they charges 230 aed for that. It is a horrible company dont fall for their low promotional prices.

I WONDER WHY THEY ARE RUNNING COMPANY, I REGRET RENTING CAR TO THIS COMPANY, LOT OF HIDDEN CHARGES SO YOUR ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT. HOW THEY TALK TO THE CLIENT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. THEIR LEVEL IS ONLY FOR THE MARKET NOT FOR THE OFFICES... SO BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS COMPANY, I WISH I SAW THEIR REVIEW BFORE I DEAL WITH THEM. PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY

We have booked rent a car through Burj Al Madeena car rental, one week prior to our departure, We reached Dubai one day Morning and they have delivered the car by evening only. Upon giving the car back, they cut Dhs. 200 for not washing the car, which was mentioned in the paper, but not informed to us verbaly. There was not a single issue for the car from our side, but we had to reach the airport fast, The man who came for inspecting the car charged Dhs 500 more from us, he said otherwise it will take a long procedure to release us. For the Salik toll we crossed twice they cut from our credit card double the amount ( RS. 200) We have been to dubai in October, till now we are chasing them for returning the advance deposited, but we did not get. Car rental through them was like a very bitter experience for us, the full Dubai trip was spoiled by this rent a car agency. Please don't book a car through them.

I have never been so hurt in all my stay in the UAE. This fraudulent company take money from my card at any time and claim a speed fine. On two occasions, the car went off. I called and no one picked. I was stranded on the road, in the heat for hours. Then I decided to read their reviews on line and saw that I have been scammed. I decided to return the car before the due date so as to avoid any issues. The car who I went to return the car to, came to check the car, while I was sitting in the car. He was fiddling at the back while I was watching him, later he said there was a scratch, I went back and found no scratch while I was at the back, he rushed to the side of the car and scratched the car. I went straight to the police station and a gentle policeman advised me to go DUBAIDED. Please how can we take legal action against this fraudulent company?
