I have been renting cars in UAE for long time on behalf of my company, this is the worst experience that I have ever had in my career, they don't even deserve 1 star rating. They will eat security deposit with no ethics or no respect to some others hard work.
Buyers be ware, for your own sake do not believe all those suspect reviews with 5 stars.
This is a shoddy operation. I have been living in Dubai for 15 years and without a doubt this is the worst business I had the displeasure of dealing with. I returned their sub-standard car exactly as I received it, but it took 6 weeks and a dozen phone calls to get a partial refund of my deposit, at the end they charged more than double their original quote. They used every trick in the book, too many to list here. In my view, any good reviews you see are definitely fake.

Massive scammers, do not use this company, i am surprised they are not closed down and how they are getting away with this is beyond me.
Did not return my deposit and made up nonsense on why they are not returning, i paid over 900 aed for a car i rented for 4 days.
The cars are also very old and in terrible condition.
Lets hope they get shut down and put in prison for the money they have looted from everyone,
Worst experience ever. Worst customer service, very rude employees, they almost never pick up the phone when you need something from them. And when they do, they are rude and ignorants. And ahhh dont to forget that they will steal your security deposit. They will give you all the lies possible to take part of it if not all your security deposit. So yeah, never again!
Worst of worst. I request Dubai Government or whoever the authority rulling this rental car companies, these companies are making their customer fool and looting them as possible as they can. For Fiber bumper small scratches they are charging 2000AED VAT, for which actual cost is Very very less including vat, ( after replacing entire fiber bumper from showroom with genuine parts)
They are emposing their own contract and rules. Customer should get support to deal with such fruad company.
I personally suggest, before signing contract please go through their contract which is usually in written in very small letters and with so many rules according to their own. They are provided car at low rent and later imposing so many charges. Better to avoid such deals.
They are not worth even for single.
Do not rent from here, brutal and extremely dishonest. Won't return your deposit. Manager is a known gangster and thief, employees are trained to cheat customers!

SCAM BEWARE
They were charging on credit card without prior consent or explanation and when calling they are rude and hung up the phone. After a big accident the airbag of the car didn't open, be careful with their cars if you decide to go ahead. Initial price is low but they make up for this for sure.
Rent a Kia Rio and engine broke after 1 week. Replace by Nissan Sunny after several calls without answers.
Impossible to get the deposit back, despite many many calls, emails and chat on their. Website.
Staff is really rude, hang up the phone, leave the chat while explaining my problem, ignore emails, not polite at all.
This is the worst company ever to been give a License, they have to be closed down immediately for the sake of all people who wish to rent a car, do not go to pinnacle building in Al Barsha, stay away from Bab Al Madeena. They are criminals that need to be brought to justice, They owe me a lot of money and place fines on me for and changed the contract without informing me.
These guys are just making a fool out of people and minting money. Useless customer service it feels like no body cares for their jobs. From sales to customer service all need a proper customer service training. I would request people not to rent a car with them. They will jus loot you. All possible reasons given to deduct money from the deposit. Abusive staff.
They will lure you to rent a car with a low rate and you will eventually end up paying more.
They have many hidden charges and will only notify you after renting and upon receiving the refund for security deposit. Plus the long wait and multiple follow up required even before they refund the deposit.
A week delayed in the refund of 750 AED deposit which even came back less than what I am expecting. "ADMIN FEE" - Because I paid thru credit card. Wherein they only accept cc payment.
Scammers.
I got a car with engine problem, they will not attend the call anytime. I fixed issue spending from my pocket. They didn't pay me the amount even after I submit the bill. Also lot of hidden charges, they completely ate my deposit amount, don't approach these thieves
What a fraud company, can't believe it's happening in Dubai. Bunch of scammers and cheaters wouldnt reply to you wouldn't return you deposit but I'm a though one as well, I will teach them, I have already contacted AUE police and they will take legal action against them.
This place is a jock don't know how they are still in business. Rude, unorganized and unprofessional staff. They will do anything to keep your money stay away and don't be fooled by their offers, you will be paying more money at the end they will find a way to keep your deposit. If I could give a -5 on the overall rating I would.
This agency, aside of the company site which looks professional, this is scam and they are thieves! Do not expect seamless service, transparent contractual terms and refund of deposit!
Worst car rental company ever!
First they bring car that flashers, keys and radio do not work and is more dirty inside than my dog house. I had to go replace car where I was then taken on a 10 minute drive looking for the new car as they could not find where they parked it. Once found it would not start and again had filthy interior. After 45 min new car was brought that was acceptable.
Cherry on the cake was they have not returned the security deposit and lying to me daily on it.
After 1 month period it took me 2 weeks of calling and visiting their office but finaly got my deposit refunded.
Never Again!

POOR and the WORST
I wonder how this company still running its business in Dubai. We should make a collective compaint against them. Absolute scammers. They will offer cars comparatively less pricess but you will end up paying double due to hidden charges. They have unrealistic clauses in contract (too many clauses nobody would even bother reading at the time of renting).
The worst of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had called to inquire about car rental prices and the customer service lady was so rude that in the middle of our conversation she cut me off. The online chat on their website was nothing less of the rudeness and lateness.
Upon reading highly negative reviews online it had further convinced me that this is the worst car rental company in Dubai!
And to see how many people were scammed for their security deposits and unscrupulous extra fees for ridiculous reasons, the Dubai economic department should ban them from ever operating!
No wonder they cannot do any business the lady at the desk should be immediately fired! Or at the least the company should close down! Highly dissatisfied, disappointed and distasteful! Zero rating!
