On a list of odious things I've had to do in a half-century, paying a "RE/MAX Hall of Famer" nearly forty-two thousand dollars for his role in a simple real estate transaction ranks first. But at least it gives me the right to post a review of what I got for my money. In my opinion, the guy could not hold a job as a secretary anywhere I've worked. To give just one example: For reasons related to lending, the buyers wanted to change our agreement from paying nothing for a list of included furnishings to paying $1000. So all he had to do was take the signed Personal Property Agreement, change zero dollars to one thousand dollars, and send it over. Three times he sent versions that included additional language we had not agreed to, and that he knew (or definitely should have known) we objected to. Finally we had to do it ourselves: we took the original version, changed $0 to $1000, signed it, and everyone was good with it. Here's the scoop, folks: there is absolutely no reason to agree to pay a buyers' agent 3 percent anymore. Don't do it. You have other options! Think about how much money it is, not as a percentage (what Realtors want) but in dollars. Were the services of a RE/MAX agent worth over forty thousand dollars? If he were the best agent on the planet... no. And if you read this far, you know he's not. If you are a buyer and thinking basically that the cost of your agent isn't your problem, you'll just make the seller pay - it wasn't true in our transaction. We would have gone lower on the price if not required to pay so much for a RE/MAX agents' services.

This entire entity is in dire need of an upgrade. For an industry whose agents csn generate 1M a year they should be professional. I used Remax Gatineau and outaouias for a transaction they changed the fee midway and withheld funds using to me for now 7 mths as a result of insisting I take didn negative reviews so I'm warning everyone instead Jessika Simpson snd Samantha Gelsaint and the brokerage careful.

We went to look at a property listed with Dylan McLeod in April. We met the seller and he was very honest and knowledgeable about the history of the property. We put in an almost full offer immediately. Dylan never sent our offer to the seller because I believe he stood to make money on the other, lower offer currently under consideration. I later found out from the seller that this other offer was the exact same amount Dylan told him that he would get out of the home. We reached out to the seller to ask if he received our offer the next day. He had not. He then called Dylan and got the run-around. Finally, our offer was put through and accepted. The seller had health issues and told Dylan several times that he would need 30 days after closing to pay for movers and get his stuff out. Dylan never put that in the contract. We never discussed it with the seller and assumed he knew that he had to be out. Dylan never even showed up to the closing to assist the seller or had much contact with him after listing the property. Thank God I purchased the property because the investor who I believe was giving Dylan a kickback for the lower offer would have most likely kicked the seller out, keeping all of his personal property. I think this is criminal and have contacted the state real estate commission. Please, if you are reading this, do not do business with Remax or Dylan. We have to stand up for American values and stop letting companies get away with saying each office is independently owned and operated. Remax is as much to blame as Dylan in my eyes. Dylan made $12,600 in commission on this deal. If that is as aggravating to you as it is to me, please stand with me and do not use Remax or Dylan. I am stuck paying the mortgage until the seller vacates the property and Dylan will not return my calls.

Tammy Campbell in Brandon Florida Remax Unlimited is the biggest Narcissists of all realtors. This isn't even a human being. She treats people like objects and garbage. She has no integrity or morals. She lacks empathy. Do not use this realtor.

I wrote an earlier description about how I was robbed by a real estate agent and her husband. This is an update. In February 2024 the Washington State board of licensing for real estate agents picked up my investigation. It is still in progress. It definitely met the threshold for further investigation. I also found out that the Realtors partner in crime died of cancer in 2022 and I was delighted because that's far more severe punishment and the state would ever administer. I'm still out thousands of dollars. I hope to find out in the near future when the investigation is complete just exactly what the state intends to do to these criminals. I hope they get a heavy fine and I hope that their license to practice real estate is revoked permanently. This is grand larceny and they should not be allowed to make a living as real estate agents in the state of Washington.

As a.mother and a wife I can not stand by their " Dad splaining" commercial. Dad's are there to guide and help others and they're own through tough situations and this commercial just proves how self conscious your company is to put down father's doing their best to appease a "generale audiance" and a s**** company. Professionals are amazing but to have to put down family members to promote business is absolutely atrocious. Great Job sucking.

They refused to give the deposit of my daughter back without a valid raison.👎😡

Mr Chris Van Kraayenburg was for me the worse possible experience with Estate agent. Arrogant, not supportive. Showing no respect. From very first moment interested ONLY in money and fees collection. Real Shark for money. Judgemental. Sharing his unfair opinions about the tenant with landlord. Should never deal with customers! Putting people off this business.

Recently I enquired an appraisal for one of Remax realtors. To my surprise he came to the conclusion that my property should be sold about *******$ under the assessed value. He claimed that the price suggested is based on his market analysis for 2 weeks period.
I smelled that he is incompetent and I fired him the day I got my assessment from the government which was *******$ over the previous year value. I suspect that the crock was looking to make some of his friends happy with my property.

Not a fan of MN games. My wife and I are on our fourth child, and I was looking for a place to harbor my 19 year old daughter, lol (harbor). Can't answer questions, can't meet you there. And NEED to know your agent, wow.

My experience with Remax has been unsatisfactory. The real estate agent assigned to me seemed disinterested and lacked proactive communication. There were delays and miscommunication during the process, leading to unnecessary stress. Overall, the service did not live up to the standards I expected from a reputed real estate company like Remax.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Remax and felt compelled to share my thoughts to caution others. I have been receiving persistent and harassing phone calls from Remax agents despite clearly informing them that they have the wrong number. This behavior is not only invasive but also completely unprofessional.

On multiple occasions, I asked the agents, whose numbers are *******638 and *******991, to stop calling me as they had the wrong person. Unfortunately, my requests fell on deaf ears, and the situation escalated to the point where I was subjected to name-calling and derogatory comments during a phone conversation.

What is particularly alarming is that my children were present and overheard the entire conversation. Such an invasion of privacy and unprofessional conduct from individuals identifying themselves as Remax agents is entirely unacceptable. I never provided my number to Remax, yet their agents continue to harass me.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with Remax. No one should have to endure such unprofessionalism and disrespect, especially from individuals representing a reputable company. The fact that Remax agents resorted to insults after being informed of the wrong number is beyond comprehension.

I want to emphasize that I would never consider utilizing Remax for any real estate needs based on this appalling experience. I am determined to share my story across social media platforms to alert others about the unprofessional conduct exhibited by Remax agents. No one should have to tolerate harassment from a real estate company or its affiliates.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Remax for their real estate needs to think twice. The behavior I have experienced is a clear indication of a lack of professionalism and respect within the organization. There are many other reputable real estate companies out there, and I encourage individuals to explore alternative options to avoid the distressing experience I have had with Remax.

Racist and insensitive agents such as Vlad Vilensky. Disgusting company. I can not believe i worked with remax to get my home. Definitely not using or recommending going forward.

A business without no moral compass. Their adverts raise major concerns encouraging the killing of innocent Palestinian children. It's both inhumane and racist! Trust is built on the foundation of ethical behavior and treating others with respect. If they don't have this fundamental principle I wonder how they'd treat their clients.

I was contacted by Tina holdbeck told me she had people from out of out of our country that were buying property all over I was hesitant because of recent scams your agency set up.told me they would not let me get scammed well I did the work and you tell me to collect from someone I believe is a scam artist and now remax realty won't even step.in being part of.scam.a contractor from UK thank s remax you took my guy s and I on jobs where'.no one getcl s pay

I could say it was please, great to work with minimal issues. It was the complete opposite to the point I felt it was on purpose. Every thing was challenged and when I ask who her legal expert was, crickets. This really even tried to get me sign documents after closing; however, I refused and told her where to go. Then I seen the reports that people of color were treated worse than their seller counter parts, that's when I realized that this could have been true in my situation in Ohio.

Mr. Rajinder Arora took advantage of our situation and made money out of it. Very money minded person. BEWARE!

The leasing is very helpful in all aspect! Very friendly staff, highly recommended. I was impressed by their teamwork
