Kiffany Ray was my agent to Remax through Zillow. She was absolutely fantastic with what little information she could provide and gave me the Realator to whom this property was listed under. She had an outstanding, upbeat attitude, and a positive outlook great for Monday morning.
Re/Max Best sold me the house without the disclosure that it had 18 dead trees. I paid full price and now have to pay another 11K to remove the trees. I requested prior to closing to fix the tree issue, but it was intentionally left without attention. When I contacted the realty owner she said that will help with this on exchange that I will remove bad reviews on them and will sign an agreement not to post any negative reviews. I think that most of the good reviews they have are fake because they getting rid of the negative ones. This is not reliable company and would never recommend them to anyone.
So thankful to this real estate agent I used her before when I purchased the house in 2003 I remember how dedicated she was. I used her again when I was ready to downsize and sell my home and she was absolutely awesome. Experience matters —had a lot of bumps in order to get the house sold and she was with me every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Great communication skills. I would definitely use her again to buy my forever home. I recommend Mrs Jeaneth Pino.
ReMax is a good company but they need to work on staffing and actually hire licensed managers. One in particular is terrible and very disprespectful towards property owners as well as renters. Kelly Irvine in Campbell River B. C. ReMax is the worst I don't suggest letting this women near any property she is unlicensed and she is known to invade your property without notice. My family recently had to report her stealing a vehicle from the parking lot of our residence. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Recently we went to Wilmington Delaware to rent a townhouse from this remax realtor Named
Anne Menaquale, Associate Broker, Re/Max, this lady is pure Racist and has no intention of helping people of color. We wasted our time and money. This racist woman didn't even bother to process our application and took our SSN and everything. She gave us a lame excuse that she has another client.
This reality is racist with capital R, so don't waste your time and money. I am adding one more star to their list of achievements.
I have a simple question about the rental renwal lease and the property manager refuse to contact me. Now when I call they forward my call to VM. I just have one simple question about paying an additional deposit of $100 when I have already paid a deposit equal to the rent prior to moving in two years ago. What's wrong g why I can't get a simple question answered. Is this legit or is the property manager trying to get more money for herself. Ummm not returning my call makes me wonder. Now I have left a message for the property managers supervisor to contact me and let's see if they will.
I was the first one who gave an offer. The seller satisfied and signed the contract but the agent kept holding on my paper to get more offers. When the other offers came in, they chose other offer because it come directly to them while my offer came from other agency even my offer was the highest offer. Doing this, they dont have to share the commission with my realtor. Stay away from Remax, stay away from Gloria Cartmell, otherwise you will loose money and time like me. BAD REMAX
Underhanded and lowballing the original House at 1500 square feet when I measured 2500 square feet. The house should have sold for at least $450,000 and they listed it at $340,000. I suspect the current resident is acting as an agent with remax. $340,000 is $150,000 less than the house is worth. I know that house is worth far more than $340,000.
On realtor.com every picture of the house has junk in it. I'm disgusted with remax and every other real estate agent. They are all crooks stealing.
Remax was very disappointing they made a lot of mistakes, violated ethics issues, slow to get things done, didn't do things properly, didn't list on MLS I would not recommend doing business with remax.
My husband and I are from out of state and contacted Ms. Nahid Maradi to help us find a second home south of Orlando. She is amazing, really took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with us. I would HIGHLY recommend Nahid Maradi to everyone, you won't be disappointed because she is professional and very kind.
Do not, I repeat, do not use this guy. One star way too much. Erik Erikson who moonlights as a taxidermist or moonlights as a realtor who knows but here is my experience... I was fortunate to harvest a beautiful spring black bear back in 2020. Contacted Erik Erickson at Perfect Image Taxidermy about a rug. After a 500 deposit he was quick to cash of course, I waited and waited and waited. Extremely hard to get a hold of and all I received was excuse after excuse and pushed date out further and further then all communication stopped. Thief. If you value your animal and your money and time, go with a reputable or for that matter an actual taxidermist, or realtor. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.
I would rate her zero stars. There were request I asked her to do (example is an open house) and she refused to do. There were discussions of getting a contractor to do work and I found a contractor to do the work and she did not like how the contractor did the work. She only took showings from brokers and no one else.
She would quote me for services way above asking rates (yard work) and wanted the work to be done by her clients at a high price. I wanted receipts for services she did have done (with my approval) and took days to get. She was upset because I wouldn't sign a addendum (fix a sink) that I already said I wouldn't sign due to the buyer wanted me to agree to something I wouldn't do. Her text said "Because you never signed it in the first place and as many times as I tried to have you do that you wouldn't do it but yet you fixed everything on there". To me that's unacceptable.
Realtor, Emma Hansen listed her own property at 8109 Wentworth Ave. S. Bloomington, MN ******* in which she flipped. She purchased this property herself under her own company name (Real Deal Investment Solutions Inc.) which is registered in a different state. Do Realtors do this to hide their true identity? Not to mention she signed the disclosure alternatives so she doesn't have to list the improvements she made to the property or the problems she may of had to deal with. Does she not trust her own craftsmanship? Then she wants the buyer to be preapproved with her lender. And when she actually does find a buyer, does the buyer know that Emma will be their neighbor because Emma lives across the street. Doesn't this need to be disclosed to the future buyer? This situation does not make me warm and fuzzy. How about you?
Please exercise extreme caution when using Heather Maggio, Remax Property Mgmt. We leased a home for almost two years, and she became extremely harrassive and aggressive in the last few months or our agreed to month-to-month arrangement. She pressured us to provide advance notice, then posted a notice on our front door the following demanding to show the property. She does not follow state guidelines for 24 hour entry notification and is very abusive in her demeanor, tending to prey on those she thinks can't defend themselves. Horrible experience!
I will not suggest you to work with Sylvie Beaulieu since she is not an honest agent. She only wanna sell a property and will hid the dirty derails about that property.
In addition, she will give you the verbal agreement or promesses that she will not respect.
I listed an assignment sale with an agent, and he bold faced lied about having another agent for the buyer to find out he represented the buyer and myself the sales, he did everything for the buyer,it took over 5 months to receive our deposit,, when I went to talk to his boss, his boss transferred the call to him and he started yelling at me. I will never use them again and I am reporting this whole matter to RECO.
RE/MAX takes care of their agents -- period. If you're stuck in your existing brokerage then give them a shout. They really do work with you to build your business. Rock on.
Terrible. Totally unethical and worse was his 'bedside manor'. Will never deal with ReMax going forward. Nothing but a horrible taste in my mouth. Shame on you ReMax.
I have very good impression of this company, excellent services, fast, good time frame delivery, I do not know what else to add))) but you can deal with them
The leasing is very helpful in all aspect! Very friendly staff, highly recommended. I was impressed by their teamwork
Answer: No a scam, total farce, wouldnt recommend them to a dog looking for a dog house.
