Do not get the lobster bisque! Literally tasted like fishy baby food. And then when I told my server about it she rolled her eyes and walked away. Never coming back.

Tasty lobsters!

Their lobster are very tasty, The place was inviting and not uproarious by any stretch of the imagination. If you are craving for lobsters I definitely recommend them.

Never again

It's been AT LEAST 20 years since I've eaten at a Red Lobster. After going to one on New Year's Eve, (my wife got a Gift Certificate from a Doctor at Christmas), it will be AT LEAST another 20 years, if not longer, before I dine there again! Got Surf & Turf. The Lobster was a very small portion that tasted like rubber. The Steak had no taste whatsoever. Red Lobster is overrated and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Never again!

Burnt food

Was served on 09/01/2018 after 1hour passed, Nikita, served me a burnt salmon, sold hard shrimp, and a lobster tail hard as a brick, talk to manager Dee, said she would return, my money back to bank card, never happen, Dee, lied 4 times to me, that she returned money to my bank, never happen,

Terrible

My aunt and went red lobster after church on Sunday early afternoon December 3,2023 for all the waitress was doing over five are more table no once did she come back ask if we needed anything we had to stop other people working there for help the food was terrible mindfully red lobster is my favorite place until now biscuits plan no garlic taste the crab legs had black stuff on them was very but someone replace after I complaints lobster tail had a funny smell potato had no butter are sour cream salad small amount of dressing we had stop someone to ask for more when got ready check out the waitress didn't have time give receipt are help I was charged twice on debit card and when called in the manager try to say because it two people that I must paid for both I explain that my aunt paid by cash for her food she said she would look into it and called headquarters to see if would reimburse me my money but we never received a receipt this was a very bad decision to eat at red lobster Ian hoping in the future it would return to our favorite restaurant but now I'm finish with red lobster that Mary Bailey

The order was placed online for two shrimp scampi and one atlantic salmon. The person I came in contact with at the restaurant name Tawana that's the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. Problem number one the order was placed to be picked up at 11:30 and whatever manner they chose to change the time to 11:32. That was a problem for me because I pick up all of my orders from there at 11:30 since I have to leave to go to work if you're on the highway by 11:35 no later to than. The second problem I had I was not properly greeted when I got there. When I asked for the managers name she's made the comment just give her what she wants so she can go about her business. This location has a reputation of being late with online orders. The food was completely horrible. The shrimp scampi did not taste shrimp scampi at all. The shrimp scampi was full of butter no scampi taste. The atlantic salmon was blend no taste. The ranch to the salad dressing had a vinegar taste running to it. The food was completely horrible. I really hope the next time would be better I've been eating at the same location every since I was a little girl and this is the first time I've had food this bad from there.

Con Stuh Pay Shun...

Last Last Last Tuesday on my meemaw's birthday we went to go eat at Red Lobster for my meemaw's birthday on her birthday. I was intrigued by the shrimp cocktail and had to order it. However, once i finished consuming the dish, i was extremely CONSTIPATED! What is going on at red lobstaur?

I called Red Lobster at 703 independence Blvd in Virginia Beach on Mother's Day at about 5pm to order food to go. As I was speaking, your worker kept interrupting me and said they will not take the order over the phone, I would have to go there to order in person. I got there about 15 mins later only to be told they were not taking any to go orders. My complaint: I wasted time, gas and the opportunity to feed my 90 year old hungry mother I could have been told over the phone they chose not to take to go orders at all instead of being told to order in person. They gave no reason for this decision, no apology for wasting my time and gas and basically thought it was funny. If they shut down because the food was running out, whoever does inventory does a very poor job. Mther's Day comes every year. If they needed help with the food, why was staff standing around talking in groups instead of helping? That restaurant is poorly run and I will never go back also for the reason the place appeared dirty and messy with empty tables sitting with dirty dishes on them, again, while workers chit chat. Shame on you. I am spreading the word of my poor experience. The only thing done right was to answer the phone!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Always great food, Malik was our server in Jonesboro AR, best service I have ever had and I have been going to Red Lobster for over 45 years. He was very attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, very professional and most of all very personable, it was Our anniversary Dinner plus Valentines Dinner. Malik made it a very enjoyable evening and enjoyable Dinning experience.

My husband and I went there on Friday, May 26,2023. He ordered the Admirals Platter with more flounder instead of clams as clams are too tough to chew. Nothing was said about a $1.99 charge from substituting. He was told he had two sides and he chose a salad and baked potato as that has always been his sides. Nothing was mentioned about a salad no longer being a side. He was charged $2.99 for the salad and was not asked about his second side. I ordered all you can eat Shrimp and chose the linguine Alfredo, Walt's favorite shrimp and a side baked potato. My potato was underbaked and I could only cut it in chunks to eat. The Linguine was a scoop of stuck together noodles with a small amount of sauce drizzled over it and 4 shrimp. We always drink water when eating out because nobody Carries caffeine free diet cola. Our waitress was adequate except for omitting the extra charges, so we left a 15% tip. It cost us $63.00 for the two of us to eat. Their good seafood has gone up 33% and down in quality. We will not be returning.

My family and I went to red lobster on cypress garden Blvd in winter Haven on Sunday October 31st 2021 at about 7.00pm, it was the worst experience we had at a restaurant. We went in behind a family, that family got seated as they went in but for us we were standing there it seems like forever, there were I guess 2 hostesses a man looks like he was training and a young girl, so we were standing there they left the desk went somewhere, the young man came back stand at the bar we call him over ask him if we were to seat ourselves he said no he supposed to seat us, no sorry for having you wait or even to say give us a minute, nothing while he was going to seat us the young lady came back and ask him where he was going to come back to the desk she looked at us and it's like she was seeing some invisible people. With that note we turn around and went to longhorn where we got better service let me add she did not say a word to us. My family and I felt really disturbed by this experience we will never ever touch foot back into that restaurant and I hope those two hostesses get fired

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away... was a family restaurant called Red Lobster. They offered good seafood at fair prices and service was terrific. Fast forward to today and, well... where did you go Red Lobster? We stood at the door waiting to be seated in the Bridgeport, CT location and from asking for water here times to asking for extra napkins three times to getting our order completely wrong... it pretty much was downhill from there. Tried to pay at the table kiosk and it kept asking for my email, address and phone. I hit skip 4 times and it looped right back to it so I walked up to the wait station and asked to pay. The girl said she couldn't take my payment because I had to do it at the table. I said what do you think I've been trying to do for the last 20 minutes. Another woman came over and said she would do it so she started to take the payment and then handed it over to our waiter. To say we couldn't get out of there fast enough is an understatement. Never again Red Lobster... Never again!

I have gone to Red Lobster for along time and I have overlooked many things over the years but the visit last night was so bad it was the last time I will waste my money on restaurants that don't care about their name and their employees. We went to have the all you can eat shrimp day last night. The server seemed like she had a long day because as she was giving us water she was very deliberate when sitting the water down, with a thud. She also brought the biscuits and they were wonderful. She brought us out another batch without us even asking when she took our order. We ordered 1 order of fried flounder and my son and I ordered the all you can eat shrimp. We all got our food and my wife's flounder was extremely greasy and it tasted like old grease so she had three pieces and couldn't have any more the broccoli was over cooked and the baked potato was cold and had to ask for additional butter. My son and I had orders the coconut shrimp, scampi, the squarer one, Alfredo. So we had the same issue and that was everything was cold or barely warm, scampi, alfredo, we're rubbery the grilled shrimp was dry and over done and the pasta was cold like the sauce was old and didn't move. We of course ordered another 2 scampi's each and after 45 minutes my son went up to the manager. The server came back to the table with both of our additional orders and of course the shrimp was overdone so by this time we just didn't want to be there any more. It is just a shell of the restaurant that it used to be but it was the last time we will ever go. The manager did comp one meal and one drink but it will not bring us back. Shrimp is one of the easiest things to cook and considering that this is a seafood restaurant you would think that would have been a no brainer but no
