Went with some friends and Angie was our server, she was the absolute best! I would definitely recommend her services!
Delicious scallops, Alaskan king crab, shrimp and real Lobster.
If you are not sure what to eat, try a seafood platter and a nice entree.
Up front: Our waiter, Alex, was wonderful. The rest of the experience has been the biggest upset I've ever had at a chain restaurant.
I will never return to this location (S 72nd St, Omaha, NE). Though I've been eating here since it opened, we will never return.
Managed by Deb Leininger, the business has changed their rules for us. My 84 year old mother and I (F/64).
We ordered the Monday special of All You Can Eat Shrimp.
While having our meals someone on the staff told Alex we were not allowed to order any more shrimp until we ate what we had. So we were not allowed to have the rest of our meal.
Mom eats a little at a time. She has dementia and I'm having a difficult time to get her to eat more than a small amount at a time, multiple times throughout the day. Shrimp is her favorite food.
I'm sure many of you have loved elder parents that you do your best to care for. This situation greatly confused her and upset her.
I myself have a history of a Rou-N-Y Gastric Bypass. I can eat about a cup of food with drink at a time.
We'd had a very hard day with multiple health issues today and I wanted to have a nice meal with my mother after leaving the hospital and starting the morning with 2 hours of tests.
Because of this disappointing refusal to serve us what we requested I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone let alone those who have special needs, requests, or requirements. This "Business" has no business saying they are a family friendly service. They don't care about an elderly woman and her senior daughter.
It's about the money not about the guests. Take your loved ones elsewhere to be fed. You won't get it here.
Hope this helps others in similar circumstances as ours. So you're not embarrassed as I was trying to feed my mom and I myself, please do not spend your money at this establishment.
$56.00 for 2 meals with soda and tea, $20.00 tip. $70.00 to be told we can't feed you what you ordered.
I wanted to advise that the crablegs that I ordered on Father's Day at Red Lobster 6296, were extremely overcooked. While I was full when I left I was very unhappy.
Make sure you look at the cakes before taking it home so embarrassing taking it to a birthday party and pieces are missing
Red Lobster has been one of my favorite restaurants for some years now. I took my son in laws there for Father's Day in Monroe, LaI was so disappointed. I called before I got there trying to check the availability and was told 25 minutes which was ok because it's almost a 30 minute drive from my home. We arrived and it wasn't busy at all but we waited at least an hour to be seated. Not busy because of Father's Day but slow because they had very few servers. Finally got seated. Biscuits were served immediately and were on point. My party included 5 adults and 2 toddlers. We ordered our drinks which took longer than usual. I ordered a Bahama Mama and it really took about 30 minutes but worth the wait because it was delicious. We proceeded to order our meals since we felt like it would take a while because everything seemed behind. I ordered the create your own with 2 entrees steak medium well and Walt's shrimp. My daughter ordered seaside trio which is what she always orders. Her only complaint was the long wait for our meals. My other daughter and boyfriend ordered the Date for 2 meal. Lastly, my son in law ordered create 2 with steak well done and Walt's shrimp. My salad was delivered at least 30minutes before our meals. My daughter salad didn't come until we asked for it. Her loaded mash had hair in it so it was returned. Our sirloin steaks were medium rare and had to be sent back for more cooking. We had to use plastic utensils, image trying to eat a tough steak with a plastic knife. Our side of fries didn't come out with our food which caused me to ask what was going on. The server told us that they were very short staffed. My total billed was $170 for some crappy service and food. I will not be returning no time soon. This was so disappointing considering the price I paid. Horrible... My grands had kiddie menus and I even had to get the crayons for the activities on them. What a way to spend Father's Day!
My food was cooked right and was good quality. My server Tia was awesome as always. I will return to the Red Lobster in Pensacola
I have to say you have the most amazing shrimp on your menu.
Love when you offer the asl you can eat shrimp.
Had a great experience this afternoon. Very delicious food. Great deals. I am very satisfied. Taraezja was my amazing server.
Food is very good and fresh. Lobster and crab legs are somewhat pricy but worth a very nice experience.
Good Job!
The six of us had a good meal and a good waitress at the birthday celebration for my son. There was an unfortunate incident at the start, however. I went to Red Lobster's website and submitted a message to them on October 17. Since I haven't received a response, I'm taking the chance they will view it here instead:
On Saturday, October 8, my sister drove down from Lake City (150 miles) to meet us at the Red Lobster in Altamonte Springs at 340 W. State Road 436, to celebrate my son's 20th birthday party. Six of us were coming, but my sister was the first to arrive, perhaps five minutes before the restaurant opened. She asked to use the restroom, which she needed urgently, and someone, rightly or wrongly, let her in to do so.
On coming out of the restroom, my sister was confronted by a bartender, a brunette lady whose name I understand is Kenya, and told in no uncertain terms that it was illegal for her to be there. Illegal.
My sister, after recovering her balance, asked Kenya to show her the statute. Bless her for her self-restraint and composure, as that is where she left it. Kenya made no further response, to my understanding.
I would like to add that my sister was the person paying for us to eat there that day.
Now, my sisters and I are all mature adults, "quite up there," compared to almost all waitstaff. Think what you may -and I hope you agree that Kenya was out of line, in tone and word if not in policy -we are not used to antagonistic, authority-brandishing confrontations by personnel at restaurants. Honestly, any place at all. If in fact you agree that this is not how you want your customers treated, I would appreciate you pointing this out to Kenya in terms clear enough that she will not confront customers this way going forward.
There food does not taste quite the same like it use to be. Changes definitely need to be made
This incident happened in Savannah. There was a small roach crawling out of the biscuit basket. I went and got the manager, and he apologized. The meal was at no cost to me, but the fact still remains that there should not have been a bug near the food. We we almost finished with our meal when we noticed the roach in the basket. The restaurant need to be inspected
Answer: Probably. McDonald's will give you bigger piece of fish
Answer: Gift card to use and want to use it up so decided today was the day
