We were extremely disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. We came to celebrate our two kids' school awards, but the wait was unacceptable, and the service was poor. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the waitress took an incredibly long time to bring our food, and when it arrived, she got our order wrong. This ruined what was supposed to be a happy celebration for my kids. To make matters worse, the manager was indifferent to our experience. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.
My husband and I went to Topeka Kansas Red Lobster on 24 October to celebrate his birthday. We go there every year because that's where he always asks to go. The food, service and staff were amazing! (This was around 3:30). Our waiter Mark (name tag actually read re "Mark" able, was open, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and had a very warm sense of humor. In addition, because my husband and I are both veterans, Mark didn't forget that we recieve the veteran discount. (We inquired about it first). The food was hot, delicious and enjoyable. Paying the tab was also a breeze. I cannot recall the last time I felt compelled enough to leave a positive review at a restaurant. Extremely good job done by all! Great job indeed.
Visited Christiansburg Va restaurant today for first time won't be back. Placed order at time of drink order. Asked for more biscuits when drink order was delivered. Received after we finished eating. Baked potatoes were cold asked for replacement received when bill was brought. One waitress standing at order computer playing with hair. Then delivered food immediately. Customers after us received meals before ours was finished. Very poor customer service from 3 different servers. Will not be back as much as I have loved you in past
Lousy.lousy.the lobster tails are so small you are lucky to get 3 bites but the price reflects a large tail I order one lobster with baked potato and it took 1 hour after I got my lobster to get it. I was so pissed I sent it back. Our guest with us were served a shrimp platter the was cold. A waste of $150.00. Never again..
On my visit to Red lobster restaurant located in Concord Mills Thursday afternoon, I ordered a 37 dollars dish combining of Salmon, lobster tail and shrimp skewer and it was awful, beyond awful! The salmon was stale, oily and bitter and lobster tail was hard and overcooked and the shrimp were beyond disgusting! However this is not the first time I have a bad experience in red lobster that left a bad taste in my mouth!
My word of advice if you are looking for a good seafood experience go to bone fish even showmars offer a better quality food for a lot less money so please don't waste your money in this dump
Our server was terrible. It took forever to get our first bowl of "never ending" chowder. She never came back around for the longest time. She only had two tables when we got there. Finally, my friend asked for another bowl of chowder which he didn't get for over 25 minutes. We had to ask for the music to be turned down four or five times. Took forever to get the check which for the three of us was $32. My friend gave her $40. She immediately said thank you assuming her tip was $8. He then said please bring me the change. Whole experience was terrible. Will not be going back.
First the host told us wait time would be 15-20 min. It was 45mins. He also had a very bad attitude toward customers and employees! I went there for clams, but you can only get them with the admiral's feast. So they said I could sub more clams for the other seafood but they would upcharge me! That meal was already too expensive to pay more. We should have just gone to Captain D'S. It would have been better, even the food!
Worst service ever. Went to the Victorville restaurant. Took 20 min to get our drinker order through out the meal our waitress skipped our refills, asked her repeatedly that we need drinks, and they never came. We never got the cheddar biscuits, asked 3 times and she flat out ignored me. The food came out cold, which took 40 min to get to us. We got the endless shrimp and they came out one item at a time. When she did check on us, we would tell her want we needed she took forever to come back and didn't have the items we asked for. Never seen service like this before. This was embarrassing, took my family out for a good meal and all we did was get ignored.
My family and I attended the RedLobster in Cayce SC we went there for the Endless Shrimp feast when I tell you the worse service ever I mean the worse we paid for the meal we only received one plate. The server would be gone for a long time when he did return the food was cold and act like he didn't want to be there.The service was a negative 1 out of 10 will not be going back to this particular location.
My friend and I ordered the two lobster tails, loaded baked potato and a side. We changed the broccoli to a small salad each. When the food came the lobster tails were so small that between the two tails we may have gotten 6 to 8 bites. When the bill came we were charged $1.99 extra for substituting broccoli for a small salad and $1.49 for extra whatever on the baked potato. Neither was told we would have to pay extra for it. It was the most disappointing meal I have had in years and will NEVER go back there again. Red Lonster needs to close. They are not customer friendly nor do they explain up front that every change you make costs you extra. The lobster tails I have gotten in the past many years were two but their two equaled one I got in the past. What a Huge disappointment. Will NEVER go back there and if I was you I wouldn't either.
Walked in, noticed 9 tables being used, server told us to wait table was being cleaned. Waited for 5 minutes, noticed manager by kitchen entrance with hands in pants pockets talking to the serverwho told us to wait., he looked our way then sauntered over and asked us if we'd been helped. We sat at 412, server arrived took order between 425 to 427, drinks brought 436,443 biscuits n salad brought, wife asked for Xtra ice, ice brought 451,457 food brought we asked more biscuits. Server did good job over all, it is management that needs to be more on hand tending to guests needs.you can't manage from kitchen entrance and definitely not with hands in your pockets, seems like everytime I saw him, he had his hands in his pockets. I went to use a gift card and did not get a second side dish. The manager said it had to be there as the culinary chef packaged order it was not. Also the size of flounder is smaller than a pack of cards and super thin. Micky D has fatter fish! Any fish fry gives bigger pieces for 27.00 admiral dinner not good. Clam strips were end of bag. Small bits. Scallops were size of baby Lima beans. Don't waste money. Never to return.
Branson Mo. Very slow service, some people at are table got food 10min before the rest of us. The ticket was wrong,when I asked for the manager she came to the table and insisted that we must have shared our 2 orders of endless shrimp.( not true) then told us the waitress put Alfredo shrimp twice to save us money!
The service was so terrible. We did not receive silverware or saucers for the biscuits. Even after we asked it still took forever to get them. The waitress whose name was TAYLOR was very rude and condescending. Our order was all messed up. It was just a very unpleasant experience. I will never go there again.
We ordered a steak and a seafood combo. The grilled scallops were tiny, and the garlic shrimp scampi tasted like it was made with a cheap garlic powder (all salt, no garlic) with nary a sign of real garlic. The scampi shrimp was barely larger than what you'd expect in a shrimp cocktail. The baked potato comes plain. Only one server was working, so service was very slow. My 94-year-old mother had to ask for help packing her to-go box with the food she didn't eat. The steak was "nothing to write home about" for $29. We won't be going back.
This is the worst red lobster I have been to smells like an old couch from the 70s it's hot on a real hot day food seems to be frozen you can taste it in the food the front of the house is out dated will be my last time here. The mesquite tx restaurant is bad. Food quality is about a 5 out of 10 at best.
When I went to dinner at Red lobster. They are very expensive and now they want to charge $2 for a salad which was given to you with the price of the meal. I don't think that I will be going back to Red lobster anytime soon very disappointed. It was my favorite place to eat not anymore.

I'm highly disgusted with the Springfield, IL Red Lobster! The last 5 times we got "all you can eat shrimp", the waitresses did not even come back to our table to ask what shrimp we wanted, no refills on our drinks, no biscuits refill! The waitress's EXCUSE there's not enough people here to work, THAT IS NO EXCUSE PERIOD! TOTAL BS!
At my job sometimes 2-3 people call off work and I can run the whole business by myself!
Last visit I spent $74 plus a tip, next time I am NOT tipping for poor service! IF there's a next time!

I would really love to give them a better rating because I do like their food. But for what you get and the price of the meals I feel they are outrageous. Even if they lowered their prices the serving size in my opinion is very small, to small. So if you have money to blow go for it but if you have never eaten there don't expect a decent serving size.
