I would really love to give them a better rating because I do like their food. But for what you get and the price of the meals I feel they are outrageous. Even if they lowered their prices the serving size in my opinion is very small, to small. So if you have money to blow go for it but if you have never eaten there don't expect a decent serving size.

This was the 4th time I ordered lobster tails to get leftover tails. I did try to prevent this from happening. I wrote a clear instruction on the online take-out order which stated clearly these two tails orders must be freshly cooked. Yet I still ended up with a leftover-tail on the night of Christmas Eve. This store at Bridge Port, CT was not trustful and offered bad service at the expense of customers and the chain stores' brand name.

Very displeased!

The Red lobster on Busch Blvd in Tampa, we never had a problem here before but today was a different story. First of all we waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us to be seated.I had to say something to a manager after she repeatedly walked by us twice. When we sat down there was so much Grease up under our table we barely couldn't even stand up to be seated to another table because we were sliding everywhere. And it was another 20 minutes that we waited to put a drink order in. But we no longer waited because we walked out. I truly understand when places are busy but the funny thing is it wasn't even hardly no one in there.

We went to Red Lobster; the Hattiesburg MS location to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
We were told that did not have the salad dressings that both me and husband prefer. The biscuits were burned on top and did not taste fresh. Was hoping for a better experience.

Visited the Longview TX restaurant last week. Food was very good and atmosphere very pleasant. I was just a little surprised at the Alcohol pricing, not shocked really just would have been nice to have been able to know the pricing before ordering, please put drink pricing on the menu. Thank you!

Went in to celebrate Crabfeat. We were famished so ordered an appatizer right away. Took over 30 minutes for the server to come back after taking our order. We were able to our salads but he forgot to put our appetizer order in. Took the server 15 minutes to take my credit card. Normally I don't complain but they were not even busy and the server never once apologized or communicated why things were so slow.

My visit today

The young lady Victoria, the seated everyone was so rude. Then the manager Nathan came cause we wanted to be seated together. After they said they couldn't seat anyone with a party with more then 8 people. We got to our table to see a group of 10 getting up. It's not like it wasn't room. I can see if they weren't trying to overlaod the servers, but to be as rude as they were. They have no clue how fast I would have to jump up to keep my sister from talking crazy to them for the Attitude they gave. We literally left just to not have to deal with their negative energy. The only saving grace was our server Nathan b. He was the best waiter, behind the person that seated us an a manager with a bad attitude. Then forgot half our sides with the food

Unbelievable

Went out for dinner to celebrate a friend birthday and ended up having the worst evening ever the waiter had a attitude didn't bring me what I ask for and to top it off when I paid cash when he returned my change it was $20 dollars short so when I talk to the manager he said it was nothing he could do and asked me to leave I called the police and he also asked me to leave said I was trespassingso I called the manager over the restaurant and she also did nothing because I raised my voice when they asked me to leave woooow unbelievable so please if y'all pay with cash counted.something real fishy going on I feel like a victim being accused of stealing my own money Unbelievable

Absolutely Exceptional

My typical Red Lobster experience is great food with great service. This vist, however, was absolutely exceptional. Leanne at the front was warm and welcoming with a family smile. We were seated quickly and received grand service. Plus a special visit from Manager Matt Atkins was a real treat. He interacted with my daughter introducing polite conversation and it made her so happy. The portion sizes were above expectations and we left stuffed and happy. Would highly recommend.

BEST FOOD & SERVICE TODAY
July 18, 2022

Today July 18, at 11 we went to Red Lobster in Rockford Il. We sat in the bar at table 203, which we like not because we drink but it a bit warmer in there. The waitress Racheal E was prompt with our teas and we order the shrimp special. The food was cook perfect. Our waitress service was the best we had in the last 3 x we visit. We will be sure to ask for her again.

Worst ever
September 23, 2019

We went to Red Lobster in Johnstown, PA last night. Ordered all you can eat shrimp. You can order two different kinds of shrimp. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Food was delivered by another server. When our server finally came around again to check on us we tried to reorder two again. Was told we could only reorder one because of computer problems. We each ordered one. The server messed up did not bring the right order for my wife. The food was cold and fried shrimp were gummy. Finally got correct order for my wife but it was also cold. Ordered a drink refill but she kept forgetting to bring it. Finally got it but was really frustrated and got the bill and left. So in a nutshell, horrible service and cold food. Not worth the $60 it cost for that experience.

My wife and I go to lunch at the Red Lobster at Southtown in Bloomington MN about twice a month. Crystal is one of our favorite waitresses in our many years of dining out. She's the reason we go back. I joined the Rewards program last year and it is a joke. Three times now I have moved my rewards total to the strike point and had all my past points removed when I scanned in my last meal. The supposed (stupid) 90 day cancellation policy cannot be the reason, although I have no way of tracking my past credits. Also the food portions are smaller and the Lunch specials have all but gone away. Once a great franchise is now mediocre at best.

We usually got there on Christmas Eve,but made the mistake of not checking the prices beforehand.It seems that most dinners were almost $10 more for the entrees we choose.I believe it is not their fault but because of the democrats policies of the past two years Will not be eating there again unless we hit the lottery.Or that the democrats are overthrown.

Waited 25 minutes to be seated, though we arrived early and barely no one else in the restaurant. Once seated, waited another 25 minutes, till one of us found a hostess and asked when we could order our drinks. Waited another 25 minutes before our food arrived. We were about to ask for our drink bill, so we could leave to find a different restaurant, when our food finally arrived. We won't be returning. This wasn't the first time, we had problems at this location.

The dish was really tasty, really liked the lobsters, the restaurant was friendly and not noisy at all. Service is super fast and someone is always around ready to bring you anything you need. I was however disappointed in the deserts. Quality was not as good as the main courses.

Red Lobster USED to be one of our favorite restaurants to visit. Every time we go in now the menu has changed yet AGAIN! They have fewer selections at much higher prices serving substantially SMALLER portion sizes. They have even DONE AWAY with their ever popular Key Lime pie as a dessert option. Maybe they need to change ownership again.

Terrible service by Maureen. She was bordering on fair (unfriendly, no eye contact from this woman) until the grand finale of too many mishaps. Son's mussels were hard and chewy, didn't eat but 3 good ones. He got no discount for it. My side pasta of Linguine w my scampi took 15 plus to arrive w the kids' food. Making the children wait, hungry 15 plus minutes after the adults food came! They smashed my son's bday cake with no apologies. The ending was complete chaos when she rang up my hardworking sons bill 3 times on his credit card, which included 2 times incorrectly only fixing it on her 3rd attempt on our complete bill of almost $350 in total. She kept ringing up our 3 separate checks incorrectly charging two checks on the wrong credit card, yet my daughter still tipped her $20 as my other 2 adults kids graciously did as well. She also messed up ringing up a young person's in our party who was disabled, taking advantage of him. Making us all wait 45 minutes in a party of 13, with 5 being children! Sick, classless, people. With no apologies from her or her useless manage, Nylani sp? Wow. Not going back especially in reading reviews of others seeing roaches.

Bad waiters
October 23, 2022

I am 76 years old, Came in with a 90 years old female. She ask a question about the food she was told read the your meun, she said miss i cant see i am about 90 years. She replied i cant see i for got my contacts home. I order fish and chips, I said i dont like chip she said you can get something else in place ok. So i got cole slaw she charge me extra. Bring the food never came back we ask for some they went and got our waiters. I payed cash i said can i have a reciet' she said do you need one, of course i do. The food was ok we ask for a box was too upset with her to eat.

Unfortunately, the Red Lobster in Watertown, NY is TERRIBLE! We ordered two lobster tails that were smaller than I have EVER seen, small enough to be on a child's menu! Honest! Included with the lobster tail were about one tablespoon of rice. My husband ordered mashed potatoes, which were also about a tablespoon. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING! I could not use them! Each toilet appeared to be uncleaned for quite some time, as there was visibly deification splatter all around the rim of each one! The bathroom floor and door were sticky and gross. I was anxious to get in my car to use my hand sanitizer!
