Ordered a shirt. It Looked great. Arrived promptly. Size ran small so they sent me another shirt speedy quick.
I bought two shirts. Both were printed a little different than I was expecting, one being the complete wrong color. I contacted them and within an hour or so they had an actual person emailing me to get things sorted. They figured out what I wanted, explained what they could do to fix what I didn't like (it was my fault in picking) and offered store credit or a full refund. I declined both but mentioned I wanted one of the shirts in a different color, and they verified exactly what I wanted and got me a new one. They said I didnt have to ship the old one back and it doesn't cost any more. I couldn't be happier. Plus the person contacting me wasn't so robotic, so it was easy to sort things out and I knew the problem would be fixed. Best customer service ever. TL; DR: Go ahead and purchase from here, of it isn't what you want you can easily get it fixed, replaced, or refunded.

The shirt I received was, in fact, the one I ordered, and the size was also correct. This is what I look for when ordering a shirt. No complications. Like the shirt didn't have bullet ants woven into it. It wasn't a cursed shirt. It wasn't the shirt of a dead man who came back to haunt me. It was just a nice shirt.
The shirt I asked for was a bit smaller than I expected; when I told Redbubble they promptly sent a larger one and allowed me to keep the old one. Would definitely use again and have already recommended it to others.
Ordered a Lg and Xlg T/shirt. Large was not big enough. Tried the website wasn't able to get answers to return. Sent message on facebook told they would send a new one. THANKS but need a phone number for customer service.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
