My husband ordered a hooded sweatshirt for my birthday but the size was too small. When I contacted them, they did not have my size available. They refunded the entire price of the product, PLUS THE EXPRESS SHIPPING FEE, in full. When I asked what to do with the item (how to return it) they told me to go ahead and keep it. If I couldn't use it, they asked me to donate it. So I did! Can't believe how easy they made it! Have already shopped Redbubble again!

Love my ADT Shirt. Its not true ADT blue so it doesnt look official but that would be weird if ADT had official t shirts right? Its more like purple so people know you're wearing an ironic ADT shirt, I guess? Anyways, I work for a rival security company and we make someone wear the ADT shirt all day when they lose a sales challenge. Our engineering and marketing teams "love" it. It brings a lot of hilarity and good times to our department so its awesome.
I paid 25 for a super thin tee shirt with an iron on graphic that is blurry/fuzzy looking. It did not look like this in the online photo. I love the concept behind the tee shirt graphic but execution is lacking. I doubt I will purchase from you again.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter's school project. I then realized that I may not receive it in time so I cancelled the order. I received an immediate response that the order could not be cancelled but that my credit card would be credited even if I received the shirt. I thought this was too good to be true. Sure enough... I received the shirt in time for the project and my credit card was credited. Wow, I have never heard of a company doing that! Thank You
